Wow, I've got the in tank Walbro and it supplies plenty of fuel.
I don't know what injectors you have, mine are Delphi 42#.
I'm also around 7 psi boost, and don't know what yours is at.

Yeah, I've got this too. I think it may be a carrier bearing going, seems more notable on decel & turns at pretty much any spd. I'm prolly having it rebuilt early November by my buddy that'll be doing my NYSI. He quoted me $700.00 to do it a while back, I find that VERY reasonable and that's parts and labor.We'll see, but I've known him a long time and I refer ppl to him, so...

Ok, still contemplating this... what about hammer finish? Saw it at Homer Depot, seems high gloss black and hammer finish, and it sticks to plastic too, so a lot less (oxy moron, sry) prep work. and I still plan on clear coating the hell out of them.
They also have metallic paint that sticks to plastic, but not in black, bastards... gotta be black!

I meet up with a local guy that also has a VR SSS today. Kinda weird seeing the two trucks side by side. They are the same truck but both are different... weird
Seeing his truck next to mine made me realize;
1) I need a new grill & bowtie
2) I need to ditch the front plate
3) Escalade 22's look bad ass on these trucks
4) I hate my wheels
What about painting the black area of the side mirrors too, that's one thing I like about black trucks. PITA to keep clean maybe, but I like the all one color thing (except the bowtie on front grill
).Also, where are your Onstar and XM antena?

Hey if you've got a Wheatley or Blackbear, Zippy tune and you want to let's say install fog lights, for which there's a reflash of the BCM, is there a prob?
I did this before (fog light install and a radio upgrade one time) and I put the truck to factory settings just incase. I was nervous to say the least, all that ignition timing and SC, not a good mix.

For on the SS I take it? I've gotten them off Ebay too and really nice kit, but had to reflash BCM at dealer... and the truck had to have the factory tune or I'd lose my custom tune.

One other option for some of you more adventurous souls. A bunch of us are planning to go to Ubly dragway this Saturday from noon to 6. It is the last day they're open I believe and the weather is supposed to be nice as of today. We'll see if the forecast changes between now and then. I like it because the track usually works very well and it's a nice drive. Usually can get as many runs as you want too. Hope to see you out there. I have the blue Silverado SS and I'm tall.
I'd love to go to this, but with my luck I'd break something and it's pretty far.

I think mine's on it's way out too. g/l with yours. I got lucky last time tho, got a v-6 3.73 front dif for my '01 Silvy, that truck didn't like the SC either. lol

Well if it's a gasket reference, I'm gonna guess it's a bolted flange, and I think it's a gasket maker sealant and no gaskets(?).It's called Anaerobic... it's been a while since I was in a front dif so someone please correct me if I'm way off.

Woah, that's a lot to take in. I wish I had some of the related info for my Powerdyne (pretty sure it's a 3" pulley)... I'm getting closer and closer to going with another source tune. But I won't be able to afford all the dyno time to get her dialed in. $155/hr
