my truck is at the dealership with the left front door cladding ripped off because it came loose.gm told me yesterday that there is no more cladding and the vender that made it is no longer in buisness.they are trying to get another vender to build just the one piece for my truck because they have to honor the warranty. long story short,you better hold on to your stock pieces

yes,i asked him why he kept saying sold,he said thats the way they describe them,but it means built and sold to dealers.the other number means 1500 excab silverados.he said the other plant they made them at was forte wayn indiana,but he could not access there records to see how many they built. i should not have brought it up,alot of people think im full of sh-t,my own family didnt beleive me ubtil i got the letter from gm

ok,i just got pff the phone with george zaparo at gm canada,were the good ones were built.he finaly traced down the production numbers for the 07 ss.he said out of 289 silverado excab body style C15753 4 were ss's.i find that hard to beleave but hes mailing me the docs on it.if its truce though i will probly have to put mine in storage and drive somthing else,wich sux here is georges number,it cost to get it but it tells you everything about your truck 905-440-7636

it would be tempting to make it an intimidator,but that isnt fair to the real ones.i might out the rear wing on it but thats it.if you use all the real intimidator parts then they dont have any,kind of like all the fake ss rolling around with the parts we need.

well i got my 07.drove 1230 miles on 24's riding on the bump stops that almost beat me to death.but you know it was worth it.by the way the 24's are for sale anyone that wants to come to alvin texas to get them my theory is that they were suppose to make 1033 intimidators and they only made 933 so the nissing 100 is the 07's.this is only a theory but i have only seen 4 07's and they were all black.or maybe not a theory so much as a hope.either way it doesnt matter i got mine.i sold my 04 arrival blue and my mint grand national last year,but the one i missed the most was the ss. i need a drivers door cladding if anyone knows were to get one.i am trying to get my friend that is a service manager to do it under warranty but its ripped
