That sux man sorry to hear that... I know how it feels when money for one thing keeps adding up. What I would do is politely talk to the owner and I'd that don't work, raise hell as a very last resort..

i had a pretty big system in my 01 so i got a brand new one for a Z71 tahoe it was 145 amp i believe

was searching searchtempest.com and in south florida north miami area there is a set of chrrome 22" reps for $800 maybe somebody down that way may be interested check them out on craigslist

i had the same problem in my 01 silverado and autozone kept saying my alternator was fine but dad told me to change it so i did and it fixed it just a thought?
