I would suggest buying it without the repairs because you will most likely be able to do them elsewhere cheaper

mine do that a lot too, only one will pop on. i was so pissed i had just replaced a bulb cuz it blew, then that started happening and i thought i blew another bulb, now i check everytime i start the truck lol
