Hey guys, snapped a few pics while grabbing pallets for the bonfire the other day, I know many of your trucks do much harder work, but i just thought the SS looked funny with 22s and a bed full of pallets. also I kinda like the stance it gives me in the back lol

had this happen to me about a week ago when i was 3 hours from home, my buddy who is a mechanic was in the truck with me and said it was probably a drive by wire connection issue, a common intermittent problem wiht these year silverados. he said it could happen again in a week or could never happen again.

bought mine with 54k just under a year ago, already up to 78k.....so i guess i drive roughly 25k/year

in stock form i think it would be about an even race, ive heard they run right around 15 and thats about the same as the SS stock. they have more horsepower but with those 35s and long travel sucking up the HP, it equals out to about the same in the 1/4

not really sure but my buddy who is a mechanic was with me at the time. turned on the truck and the check engine light came on, and in the info center it said reduced engine power and the truck wouldnt go anywhere. happened to my dads 05 when he had it once too. my buddy said its an intermittent problem and it could happen again tomorrow or it could never happen again

i had the drive by wire problem with my truck this weekend, luckily i turned it off and let it sit for a few and it cleared itself.

i think he meant 2200 for the wheels and the seats together

i could be wrong but i think stock lightnings are in the 13s depending on the year

Hey guys so I'm thinking about selling my stock silver 20s off of my 2003 SS. They are in pretty good condition. Two tires in good condition, two in ok condition. pretty sure they can do something to make it so you have one tune normally, and a more agressive one when you hit tow/haul button
