    Post away or STFU Rudy.

You don’t have any signed waiver and saying you do is just digging yourself deeper.

If it’s a simple online signature, surely you logged the IP as well?

    Post it all up....

Still waiting on that 10yr old shipping label and money order receipt you claim to have.  How are you recovering from the accident you claimed to have had?  No matter what proof I give you will still deny it. So let’s see your proof against me.

    Post away Rudy.

You don’t have any liability waiver from me.

So publicly you try to call me out and say I don’t have a liability waiver from you, yet you send me a private email saying that you won’t believe it because you think I faked it or spoofed it.

So let’s make this really simple. You claimed to have the box I shipped the brackets in and you claim you have the money order receipt. So let’s see it. Prove me wrong.  So either put up or shut up. You keep claiming to have all this proof against me yet everything you post or email me points to you being wrong.  So again, put up or shut up. You are acting like a spoiled little kid that didn’t get his way. You even sent me an email saying you got in an accident because the brackets you claim are mine failed and you were going to sue me. So where are the pics for that?  How did you install the brackets if you were missing parts?  You keep digging yourself into a hole deeper and deeper. You should seriously just stop blaming me and admit you messed up over a decade ago and just now realized your failure. But I’m guessing you won’t own your mistake. I’m guessing you won’t post pics of the box, money order or the supposed accident you had.

    Whatever Rudy.....

Youve already LIED and said I threatened you. I don’t threaten weasels.

You clearly aren’t going to make it right and say anything to try to make yourself look innocent.

When I see you selling these online again,I’ll be sure to chime in and let folks know what to expect.

Anyone reading these posts can clearly see no one has threatened you either so they know you’re a LIAR.

    BUYER BEWARE!

You literally threatened to sabotage sales while claiming not to have threatened me.

    Let’s talk about facts.

You claim to remember all kinds of facts and details that never happened.  Yet you waited over 10 years to try and make it right?

Every pic you have posted is of a competitors product, yet you expect me to claim it as my own.

You claim to have a box that the brackets came in (which are not mine) and the shipping info is me.  Maybe that’s because they are not my parts and I didn’t send them to you.  By the way, I’m still waiting for a pic of the shipping label and box.

Yes I sold you a set of brackets in 2010, but the brackets in your pics are not my brackets. You must have gotten those from someone else. I have never had a design that looks like the fronts and the rear brackets have always had an offset machined into them and that design has never changed. Your rear brackets are flat and require shimming. That’s a JYD design. To my knowledge, nobody else even mass produced a rear bracket.

You claimed to have emailed someone after receiving the brackets in your pic and told me you were missing parts. Guess what, I have every email for every transaction for every set of brackets I’ve ever sold.  I have a folder for every customer containing every single bit communication.  It’s called covering your ass.  Guess what, no emails from you or to you other than the release I sent you and you sent it back.  So the email you sent complaining was to someone else.

I’m sorry this is so difficult for you to understand but I will try again to make this as simple as possible.  I’m sorry you got ripped off, but those aren’t my parts.  They look nothing like my brackets and the look exactly like JYD brackets.  Perhaps you should contact JYD about your missing parts.

When you get a chance, please post a pic or email me a pic of the shipping label and the money order receipt you claim to have.  I think it might shed some light on things.

Also, thanks for bumping this thread. I’ve had more than a few people email me commending me on defending myself and sold a couple of sets of brackets too. I eagerly await your response with those pics.

The fact is I only ever bought one set of brackets and those were yours.

Sorry,I must not be speaking English slow enough for your simple mind to understand.

Make stuff up as I go along? Like u saying I threatened you?lmao

    BUYER BEWARE!!

You can keep insulting me and keep saying that those are my brackets but that doesn’t make it true. The pictures you sent me are pictures of JYD brackets and hardware. So you either don’t remember buying them, you are trying to get free parts from me by threatening me or you are just trying to give me a bad reputation. Either way, it’s not my fault and not my problem. Perhaps if you had tried contacting JYD a decade ago when you purchased his brackets he would have helped you. But again, that’s not my fault or my problem.

    Whatever Rudy......

You’re in to deep and will never admit it.

I understand we all **** up(esp 10 years ago when we were all younger and dumber)but you’re somthing else buddy.

I’m not going to admit to something that I didn’t do. I have given you photographic evidence that those are not my brackets and you still deny it. I don’t know what else I could possibly do to prove to you are wrong. You have literally made up things that never happened. I have backed up every single thing I’ve said with photographic proof. You keep making endless claims and statements with no proof. I guess it this point we will have to agree to disagree. Again I’m sorry you got ripped off by JYD but that’s not my fault or my problem. My brackets never looked like those front brackets and while the rear brackets are similar, there is a major difference in the thickness of the brackets because mine have a machined offset and JYD simply makes his flat. I’m sorry you can’t see this or understand this but facts are facts.

And we ignore the part where YOU,Rudy, said you sold me a set?

    Come the **** on.....

If your pics from 2010 came up we’d see they are one on the same.

My brackets don’t look anything like the JYD brackets u posted.

I didn’t wait a decade to complain either,I sent you emails right when this happened and you went MIA. I just happened to see you had sold sets again and thought I should warn the public.

No one has threatened you either....

I never denied selling you brackets. But the brackets you are showing pictures of are not mine. Those are JYD brackets. Anyone with half a brain can see that those brackets for the front look nothing like mine. As I’ve stated before your rear bracket is totally flat and no machine to offset. My brackets have always had a machine offset so the end-user didn’t have to shim them. Your hardware is the exact same hardware that’s in the picture of the JYD brackets being sold by another user.  If you want to see what my brackets look like from the very beginning go look at the how to. You will see very plainly that your brackets are not made by me. Go look at the date of when that how to was written. Again I’m sorry you got taken advantage of but that is not my fault and those are not my brackets.

Look at this thread. It’s from July 2010. Look at the pics. Read the thread. You will see those aren’t my brackets and you can read about the user that had his guide pins rub in the rear because the JYD brackets are flat and he didn’t shim the bracket to center the caliper over the rotor.

Btw,my rear brackets look EXACTLY like what Rudy posted.

If someone can’t post pics up I’d be greatful.

Rudy has the pics of the rears but won’t post them becuase it will prove they are indeed his 1st design brackets.

These aren’t the brackets sold by SuperSub or JYD. I bought one of Rays(SuperSub) mp112 spacers about 2 years ago.

Rudy had a truck he had converted to 6 speed or was in the middle of it to my recollection. I don’t think it was a SSS either....

JYD, that’s the guy that made the brackets before Ray. They were built around 14” rotors. I’ve seen pics of those brackets pop up when people were selling them, usually to upgrade to my brackets or Ray’s. Ray came along and made a single piece bracket built around a 15” rotor. After a short while Ray stopped making the brackets. I contacted him and asked if I could carry on the torch so to speak. He said he didn’t care.  So I made them. The front bracket has changed every so slightly (mostly cosmetic or adjustments to make machining faster/less tool changes). I never made a front 14” rotor bracket, only 15” rotor brackets.  The rear brackets have only ever been one design. It always had an offset machined into them. Your brackets are flat on both side. That’s a JYD design. Also, every single bracket I sell has “for off-road use only” machined into every single piece I sell. Yours don’t say anything.

You’ve got quite the imagination there buddy. I never converted any truck to a 6 speed not that it even matters.

You also sent me pics of your hardware. Your hardware is black oxide, 8.8 grade, socket head cap screws. I have always used yellow zinc coated, 10.9, hex cap bolts.

You claim I stopped selling brackets but I never stopped.  Go check my post history and stop making things up.

So literally every pic you send is not of my parts yet you have convinced yourself it’s my stuff. I’m sorry this is so hard for you to grasp. But those are not my parts. Go back and look at the how-to. Those pics show my brackets and hardware. Your brackets and hardware look nothing like mine.

Also, please stop threatening me. I understand you are upset. But none of this is my fault. Those are not my parts and it’s not my fault you waited over a decade to try and get it straightened out. I suggest you contact JYD since those are his parts.

Here is a post I found when I googled JYD. That’s the brackets you have. That’s the hardware you have. Again, the brackets you have are not from me.

I can email someone the pics,it won’t allow me to post them here.

    Why wait 10 years?

becuase I just happened to be looking online and saw that u ran several more group buys.

my phone # is 205-453-2765,let’s deal with this Rudy if you aren’t really a crook.

I just saw the pic you emailed me. Those aren’t even my brackets. Sorry buddy. You are barking up the wrong tree.  Take a look at my post history.  Take a look at the how-to I wrote.  My brackets look nothing like that.

    These are my brackets

    F7-F94203-1-DDD-4-BC5-8129-491-D31-A1-D4

My brackets are one solid piece. No stubs or standoffs.  I’m fairly certain those brackets were a design by another member years before I sold my brackets. My brackets are built around a 15” rotor. Your brackets are built around a 14” rotor. That’s why the caliper mounting holes on my bracket have a different offset than the brackets you have. Either way, they are obviously vastly different. Glad you sent the pics. Good luck finding the guy that sold you those. I remember hearing lots of people having issues with him. There is someone that posted on here about using his rear brackets and having the guide pins rubbing the rotor. So you are not alone getting burned by that guy.

Rudy, where’s the rest of my bracket from your very 1st run years ago?

Buyer BEWARE when dealing with Rudy.

Anyone have his contact info besides the email?

You claim I ripped you off. I looked back in my records. You purchased a set of brackets more than decade ago, Dec 20th 2010 to be exact. You claim I ripped you off. You claim I disappeared. I’ve always replied to every email and private message. I’ve never hid. Why did it take 10 years for you to reach out to me?  If you didn’t receive all your parts why did you wait over 10 years?  Why didn’t you file a claim with PayPal?  Why not reach out to me like a grown man 10 years ago instead of trying to publicly bash me like a little kid 10 years after the fact?  What’s your deal man?  If I’m such a crook, why is it that nobody else has ever had an issue with me. If I’m such a crook, when USPS messed up shipments, why did I ship more brackets on my dime to make sure the buyer got their parts even though I lost money in the end.

Where did you get the brackets I want to do 6 piston Cts V break calipers all around I have a 2000 chevy Silverado.  If you have any info please msg

I make the brackets. To my knowledge, nobody makes a bracket for the Brembo CTSV calipers. Send me an email at [email protected]

  11. I’ve remained quite about this issues for a while until I could get more info. While I’ve sold many brackets and had a ton of positive feedback, it bothers me someone wasn’t happy and got poor results. Well, it’s taken a while to get to the bottom of it but I believe I know the reason why Proatv13 had the issue he had. He explained how he bled his brakes and that he “didn’t know what a Tech 2 scan tool is”. This is a huge red flag. With modern day vehicles, if air gets trapped in the ABS pump, you can have the best brakes in the world but they will be mushy and soft if air is trapped in the lines.  I’ve watched seasoned car guys chase their tails trying to fix the same exact problem not realizing their mistake. This is exactly why I specifically mentioned it in the how to I wrote. With a Tech2 or equivalent scan tool, the ABS pump can be cycled while bleeding the system. Skipping this crucial step can trap air bubbles in your system.

To my knowledge nobody else has had this issue but if you have experienced anything similar to Proatv13 have your system bled with a Tech2 or equivalent scan tool.
