has anyone fit wheels smaller then 20”? Just purchase new rims and tires. This may not have been the best choice on my part.

I have new front calipers on order this whole set may end up back in classifieds if 20” wheels is the only option.......

Wish I could help but never had anyone ever put them on anything smaller than a 20” wheel.

    Good evening,  Ray,

I hope i'm in the right place for this message.

I'm new to this forum but I have been following this brake upgrade for a while.  I Am also interested in purchasing some of your quality adapters/brackets for the conversion.  Not looking for the group price as I have read the threads and understand the previous discounts offered.  Any information on availability would be greatly appreciated.

Ray doesn't make them any longer.  With his permission I'm carrying on the torch so to speak.  Feel free to drop me a line at [email protected].

  4. Unless something has changed from the Camaro caliper I used for mock up years ago, those calipers will hang way off the edge of the rotor and I believe the offset was off too.  Its been a few years since I looked at it so I could be wrong.  If someone could find a rotor that was a bigger diameter and a different offset, its possible to make it work.  But I'd guess it would probably have to be at least 17" or maybe even 18" diameter.  I don't know if anyone even makes a rotor that big.

  5. Rudy, here are the only pictures I can get to download. Idk why the hell it keeps telling me the file Is to large. I have never had it tell me that before

What vehicle is that caliper from and have you ever had the whole assembly (spindle, rotor, caliper, pads, etc.)?

  6. Sorry to hear you are having such issues. Not sure why there is such a problem with the braided lines. I think you are the first person I recall of using Stop Tech lines. I believe Russel was the most popular from what I remember.

Sorry to hear you had such problems with trimming your dust shields. In Step 4 of the rear bracket install I mention trimming the dust shields or removing them. You are the first person I've heard of that has had such a problem. Do you mind posting some pics and details as to what the issues were?

  7. From what I personally saw and can remember years ago, Belltechs did not have any major problems. There was a little excess material from casting that needed to be ground down to make the whole mounting surface level. The distance from axle center-line to the factory caliper mounting points was really close to the stock spindle. The McGaughy spindles were the problems. The distance from the axle center-line to the two mounting points for the factory caliper mounting bracket were farther away, pushing the caliper farther off the edge of the rotor. Also, the two holes were different distances from axle center-line in relation to each other, causing the caliper to be rotated or clocked and not perpendicular to axle center-line. I don't know if anything has changes with them. This was many years ago I measured and mocked them up to see the difference. There have been some people that slotted the brackets and their drop spindles to move the caliper closer but I can't advise doing that.

  8. As long as you are stock suspension, factory disc brakes and a standard 10 bolt rear end, you should be good.

They do not work with any other calipers than the Z06 or Grand Sport calipers. If you see anyone post otherwise, please correct them and ask that they stop posting false information. Unfortunately Ive had quite a few people that have already purchased various calipers and then emailed me about buying brackets. I have to be the bearer of bad news and tell them they wasted their money buying calipers that wont work.

Do these work on A 2010 Sierra ?

Thought read somewhere could use CTS-v caliber to
