Well after 9 years of owning my Trans Am, i sold it Friday night and traded my SS in yesterday(it was high in miles and would need some expensive maintenance repairs soon)Found this truck locally, dealer had it priced really well and they gave me a pretty fair trade in. Loving it so far. Power from the 6.2 is great. Has every option i wanted on a truck. Heated/cooled seats, back up cam, nav, line-x, GM CK375 accessory wheels, tow package, etc etc.Don't really have too many plans for it, will tint the windows more in the spring, and may do an exhaust kit. Will definitely remove the pinstriping and debadge the tailgate. Besides that i'll just drive it as is.

Looking at trading the truck in

My tuner is out of town on a hunting trip so i thought i'd ask this here. If i remove my efans and put the clutch fan back on, would anything need to be adjusted back in the tune? Or would the fan take care of itself once installed back on?

Looking to sell my T/A, thought i'd post it up here in case anyone was interested. I've owned this for the past 9 years, so i know pretty much everything about it. It mostly sits in the garage so i'm just looking to move on.Engine Mods: 228/232 .598 112 cam, ported tb, patriot valvesprings, hardened pushrods, #42 injectors, UD pulley, lid, pacesetter headers, custom dual exhaust w/magnaflow, SD tuneDriveline:Car was originally A4, had it swapped to 6spd by someone local who has done many swaps, he does great work. All parts used were new except for the trans, pedals, and console. LS7 clutch kit, 3:90 rear end gears swapped Dec '11Suspension: eibach prokit, panhard bar, strut tower brace, American Racing Rebels 18x9 front 18x10 rear wheelsAppearance: windows tinted 20%, silver guage overlays, custom shifter handle with Firebird logo, clear sidemarkers, led's in rearview mirror map lightsNew brakes May '09, Fuel pump/filter May '09, new shocks March '11, alignment Nov '11, replaced driver's side headlight motor Dec '11Bad: typical f-body door crack, typical f-body sail panel glue leaks, exterior has a few minor blemishes(lower front bumper pass side spiderwebbing paint, paint peeling where spoiler meets deck lid drivers side, minor scratches on rear bumper). Not a perfect show car, but cleans up nice and gets alot of compliments. Sounds awesome with the cam and exhaust. I get alot of compliments on that as well.$9500Price can be negotiable. Clean and clear title in hand.

Yes, forgot to mention that. The main tailgate part uses the factory holes to bolt in, and the end pieces attach with double sided auto body tape.

Anyone interested in a reproduction Intimidator spoiler? I ordered the fiberglass one off ebay last week after my tailgate got stolen, but now i'm considering selling my truck and going with something newer. I haven't even received it yet, should be in tomorrow, so it will be brand new in box ready to ship. I believe a couple members on here have one and said it fits and looks good.
Would like $200 shipped

I've thought about doing this myself. I too like the contrast it gives.

Out of curiosity, you say it has the tow package, what rear gears does it have?
-
You still keeping the duramax ss?
-
Ah well shit. Never thought to look there.
