1. Nice set up man. Gonna be a couple more months before i get any camping in. How long is your trailer, and is your truck stock? I havnt towed with my SS yet, but ive towed extensively with my dads 06 Powerstroke, so im sure im spoiled, and will want more towing power also lol.

Its a 32' trailer and weighs around 5k lb. I have an intake tube, ported tb, and efans, but otherwise the engine itself is stock.

  2. Took our new camper out for the weekend. Also, i haven't posted pictures yet of my new headlights and bowtie.

SS did pretty good with the trailer. I have a pretty awesome equalizer hitch with built in sway control, so it towed straight as an arrow. Definitely needs more power getting on the highway and going up the hills though.

  3. Wow didn't know i would get this good of a response, lol. I have replied to pm's. I am going through in order of contacing me. I will let everyone know how it's going. Thanks!

I got a set of cleared ebay lights over the weekend so that is the reason i am selling. I also have a billet bowtie on the way so i will post pics after i get that on.

  4.
These came off my Trans Am. I know the pillar is for an F-Body, but i'm willing to split up the guages. Both guages are Ultralite electric 2 1/16", Water Temp and Oil temp. All parts and senders shown included. I only have one sender, but you can get a spare sender from Autometer for less than $12.

I'd take $50 plus shipping for the guages alone.

IMAG0221.jpg
IMAG0222.jpg
IMAG0223.jpg

  5. I've got one of these as well! I have a whole tree in my basement (man cave) just for car/truck ornaments. I have the full series of Hallmark classic car and american truck series.

Questions to the owners of these:

    1. Is the tree in the bed removable or attached somehow?

    2. Shave the hook off, do you think it would damage the model?

    3. Do the tires rotate?

    4. What scale size are these? I checked on ebay but the most recent listing didnt say, I believe their around 1/87 scale?

    Answers:

    1. It is attached

    2. I would imagine so, it is riveted into it somehow

    3. Yes

    4. No scale is listed on it or the box, but it is 4 1/2" long

  6. Pretty much a GM guy here. I've owned: '91 Ford Temp(free first car), '98 Cavalier Z24, '99 Grand AM, '94 Grand AM, '00 S10 Xtreme, '01 S10 4x4, '01 Blazer, and of course my '01 WS6 and '03 SSS.

Wouldn't mind owning a BMW or Audi, but they're generally more expensive, tougher to work on, and have higher maintenance costs.

Not a Ford guy, but i can appreciate a well built Mustang(new or old), and the newer trucks are pretty nice.
