jmust decided to keep the SSS, was driving my moms 05 4 door silverado with a 5.3 and a guy came up next to me with a single cab short bed with a tune i guess and totally took me. At that point i decided not to get rid of the truck and save up for a tune so i can do the same to the other tuned trucks out here in pasadena tx.

ok so i have had my ss for a little over a year now and will be starting school in may to get my general studies out of the way and possibly go into education. thinking that the ss may be too much for me being a full time student, my oldest brother wants it and i been thinking its time i get a trailblazer(non ss) to save gas while im in school. the campus isnt far away at all, maybe like 5-10 miles from home, what do you think, should i get rid of it or do i keep it?

ya when my SSS came out the paint shop, the body people slacked on alot of it and the front bumper was put on with like 2 bolts or 3...

i like mine a whole bunch!! so far, no replacements except for the brake pads. But after i get a job i will be looking for a tailgate

just dont go to el paso man, nothing to do there unless you wanna go to juarez, but the ft bliss museum of tanks and stuff is there on post too, other than that, nothing to do there

thats exactly what it was because the week before my cusin was parking a car and ran into the garage, needless to say i laghed my ass off and this week it came back around.

was with some family last night doing a bbq and drinkin beers. started at 8pm and didnt stop till almost 2an, had been drinkin the whole night and when i was leaving home, i was backing out of the driveway and out no where this tree comes up and runs into my tailgate that thank goodness was down. looks bad and now i have no tailgate. not in the market for anotherone now, but just thought i would share this with you. ill post a pic later

ok, so if i was wanting to get more rpms by putting all those parts on, i might as well go for more power and keep it at 6k.

well i was just wondering if it has been thought of and what the pros and cons would be, really appreciate the feedback i got on this subject.

did a search with 'rpm' and 'more rpm' and turned up nothing. was wondering what had to be done to the motor to get another 1000 rpms, or would it be entirely too much on the completely stock setup im running, any info would be appreciated.

i agree, when i painted my SSS, they painted the ducts and bowtie black for me for free and the tail lights too, left the headlights clear and aside from it being a SS, i get alot of attention from it!
