I'm a little confused as what you mean by looks like something started and not finished? They're fender stripes, they're on the fender and they're stripes. Are you looking for the factory tailgate cap, an ISS spoiler or an aftermarket one? If you're looking for the one that came on the Intimidator SS there is a guy making replicas. You may be able to find him on here. Just be warned it is a replica and will need some work to fit just right, its not a bolt and go spoiler. If you're looking for the factory tailgate cap you should be able to hunt one down here or at a scrap yard. For aftermarket look into Street Scene. They have a real nice one.
