When I got my paint online from this paint site, they said that after you put on fresh clearcoat on top of your paint, you shouldn't wax/buff it for 3 weeks since they take time to cure. That info just popped up in my head when I read your post, even though I wasn't sure if you were going to clearcoat or not.

i got mine from http://www.touchuppaintonline.com for about $15 shipped. the match was very good.

and for the wheels, you probably won't find anything. just go to pep boys or autozone and see what type of paint they have that match your wheels. or just get new rims

your color code should be WA8555, at least according to these guys: http://www.touchuppaintonline.com/Chevrolet/S-Series always double check though
