If I had the matching radio could the dealership unlock both?

Can you add factory xm radio to a truck that did not come with it . I know where I can get everything but the radio.

it has the bose speakers 6 disc . but no on star i didnt know if it needed onstar for the navagation

i already have the dst it is like a tunercat i can adjust about anything just not sure what to change

does anyone know what to adjust in the tune to get moer off the line i have a jet dst tunner
