This should be interesting! LOL!! 2004-2005 = VHO, 2006-07 = Vortec Maxx. I'll let everyone else here explain the mechanical differences...

Sorry Porno Joe ROCK CHIPS are not covred under ANY manufactures warranty. And as 4 the 100 mile rule, IT IS ENCOURAGED NOT MANDITORY. Vehicle brand names don't changes a thing, it's the level of edcation/training/management style of the dealership that can alter one's perception of the level of service we receive and the way we are treated....

Manual A/C controls too...

(207)? Where do u reside? Good luck with the family memeber too...

All fluids changed, new spark plugs, Sea Foam treament, and I'd replace the belt too.

Yeah, that 3rd pic looks like a WW2 German MG34??? NICE!!! I'm jealous in fact....
-
Again what about the VHO's? We were "born" 1st before the "Vortec Maxx" anyway?? LOL!!!
-
NA, it would have to also say "VHO" somewhere for me to get interested.....

Ya Brad, I've seen an hispanic guy and lady driving a CLEAN black SS with legal tinted windows. I've tried to run both of them (whichever of the 2 is driving) in my white GMC VHO, no luck.... I have a old high school friend who works nights with a Blue SS and dark tint and aftermarket 20's. He LIVES at Parkway grille when he is not a work....LOL!! Then today I was filling up my work truck and met a guy at the Flying J (close to my job), he was in a clean 2003 stock SS, he works in town, but lives in Iowa Park. I gave him one of the new SS flyer's and told him to checkout the site. Also, my dad"s neighboor has a Silverbirch 2006 SS, I left a flyer on his windshirld last weekend. He works nights at the hospital, so I haven't talked to him just yet. He's added tint, exhaust, and a cold air intake. Well, I"ll see you around towm then. You still need to add those "Intimidator" badges back on your doors IMO.

Thank you "Chevygal"...

Did I just wave at somebody heading towards the Wichita Falls State Hospital down past El Chio's on Kemp St.? I was in my '69 lowered Chevy SWB w/black SS stripes around lunch time. That was one clean Black SS, just thought I'd see if it was anyone on here....

I bought my 2004 GMC VHO in May 2005. Sticker was $36,900 and I got it for $25,999. I put 2K down and 4.5% for 60 months. I pay $400 a month....

PerK03, where does the PN# come from? The cluster from a 2004 SS Silverado should be PN# 15135664. That is what I have in my truck now... And your saying that my dealership can do this re-calibration, or does the cluster have to be pulled and sent off to a GM Electronics Repair facility (like when they reset my clusters mileage to my vehicle)???
-
Hey BroBrad, I can kinda understand losing the American Revolution/Chevrolet decals, but u really need to add those INTIMIDATOR logos back on the doors man!!!! It's COOL, I see ur from Fallz town too!!!

Message sent Perk.... thanks.

Yeah, Sat I had to work indoors from 8-1PM, when I left there to go outside, it looked as if I was on MARS!!! Then I went to the Decatur swap meet to "eat some dirt". LOL!!! Heck, when I got back home and jumped in the shower, it looked like red river water running down the drain. Needless to say, this was the 1st swap meet I came back home empty handed.....

Well I went to work 2day at the dealership and gave the CVN Bulletin # to my GM tech/buddy there. This bulletin # was a "no go". He even pulled up my '04 GMC vin# and searched that way for TSB's and updates. He informed me that GM Bulletin #'s are always 5 digits long??? The PN was also no good i the parts cataloging. Any other suggestions "Perk03z06"? I saw that this vin# was from a 2003 SS, was this your truck, and did u have this reprogram done on your cluster??? Thanks again.
