Not raced. I don't know what I would ask for sure, need to research. I'm not going to do anything until I get it out in the spring anyway. I'm like everybody else who thinks they should sell their SS but hates to turn loose of it lol
-
I have 10k miles on mine, never even driven in the rain and thought about selling this summer. That price is higher than I would have considered asking.

I believe 07 classic's were made of the left over parts in an attempt to get rid of all the extra parts and body''s so they could make way for the nnbs trucks. Nothing special from an 06-07 just a different year.
That's what I gather. GM did the same thing in 1999 calling the OBS 99 model a "classic".

mpg?

1/2 inch Craftsman click type but only used for rims/exhaust low tech stuff.

Corsa seems nice but their system doesn't have true duals...(two in two out)
Why is this a buzz kill for you? I'm going to guess with your LT's if you put the touring system on you would be thrilled with it.

Interesting about the jack stand comments. I air my tires up to max and park on rubber mats. I've stored mine for 6 months out of the year for 6 years going and never had a problem with tire flat spots, even with the cheap OEM Goodyear tires. I have read that letting the suspension hang is bad, which is why I never did the jack stands but cannot validate that.

Looks good, probably will show up on more non-SS vehicles tho lol

Here is one my wife caught, a NNBS SS Crew Cab Corvette Edition:

I've never used a gas grill in my life.
Boneless chicken breast
Get some commercial garlic & herb marinade or make your own with Italian dressing and McCormick's Montreal chicken seasoning. Pierce the meat all over with a fork. Place in ziplock bag with the marinade for about 24 hours. Grill over your charcoal, no wood chips or bbq sauce required.
Hickory chips do pork really well, mesquite for most chicken. I also like just a tiny amount of mesquite smoke with a good strip steak. In every case, I soak wood chips at least 24 hours.

That looks really good! How bad was it to install?

idk, I may be old school, but if you dont have the SS code in your vin, its not an SS so dont sport the badge. That being said, it is a nice clean truck.
Completely agree. Besides, you only fool those who don't know or care. Your peers laugh at you.

you sure your not in NJ? I herd of a truck where the owner works at a body shop in lakewood that has 10K on his 03 SSS
Naw, never been to NJ. I'm sure there are still a few of us around that don't use them much. I've been thinking of selling mine the last couple of years but everytime I drive it I change my mind.

feel your pain bro, I nearly shed a tear when I hit 10k on my 2003.....recently
-
Does anyone have pin stripes like mine? im tearing these off tomorrow
Mine did when I took delivery, must be a dealership thing. They came off before I even told anyone I bought the truck.
-
Their was a dealership in AZ(?) that sold these trucks with superchargers and had warranties in 03 and 04 (could be wrong about 2004). Thats the only thing I can think of, but it wasnt very well known. I found out about the dealership on here when I joined back in 2008.
Is this what you're thinking of?

I love them, awesome with AWD! I've heard they are noisy but they are much quieter than the stock tires IMO.

I've had a Bedrug in an open bed for 7 years now, have never removed it. I spray it out real good occasionally and let it dry in the sun.
-
It looks warm there, I wanna go.

Tirerack phone guy just told me forget it - can't put that 295-45-20 on my stock 8.5" wide wheel. WTF?!?!? He tried talking me into OEM size General Grabber UHP that are $100 less/unit
Want to order this week....
I have the G-Force 285-55-20 size on stock rims, stock height. Don't they have that size anymore? They are perfect even at full lock.
-
Thats a BEAUTIFUL tire - ! I haven't run BFG's since my autocross days -
I searched the OEM size yesterday and had no options that sticky - thanks for the lead
I run the G-force tire in 285's on stock 20's and only drive in summer. The performance is awesome. They probably have a low mileage life tho..

If it were me I’d do white but definitely do a different color with this opportunity.
