My son recently had the aforementioned done to his truck. He lives in the Puyallup Wa. (Ft. Lewis) area. The bedliner comes color matched and it is a hard, glossy finish. I however, live in the Milwaukee, Wi. area and I would like to know if there is a shop nearby that does this process. He showed me some pictures from his phone and the liner he had done looked non-existant. He told me it was about 1/8" thick.

My '05 SS has the cloth bench seats front and rear as well as 2WD.

How much did the sensor set you back if I may be so bold to ask??? I recently had one put into my wifes kiddie hauler '05 Equinox under warranty. The sensor was over $430.00

Thanks a bunch for the replies. I will consider my SS as "lightly optioned". I've seen some with leather bucket seats and, pardon my opinion, that god awful looking console between those. I saw an SS with a factory??? sunroof. Are there any suggestion for tires after I burn the factory Goodyears off???

Ok guys, this is more tongue and cheek than anything. I recently became the second owner of a 2005 SS Silverado. My illustrious son called me today and all his buddies claim that I have a "clone" and I got ripped off from the dealer. My SS has a tow package. They claim no SS came with a tow package. I realize this could have been dealer installed. It has painted 20" rims. They claim SS rims were polished aluminum. I have single outlet exhaust with the special tip. They claim I'm supposed to have dual exhaust. (whether that's true duals, or a dual outlet muffler) I have two wheel drive. I realized from the get go that viscous all wheel drive was available. They claim all had all wheel drive I do not have leather seats. I do have special badging in the interior on the dashboard. In the Avalanche that I traded in, there was a storage cubby in that spot to the right of the heater control. I do have the body cladding/kit below the beltline and the special trim on the top of the tailgate. I have a 6 liter engine with a limited slip rearend. I have the special front bumper. Is there a special character in the VIN that say's it is an SS???

Yeah, similar to that. Once upon a time I owned a VR6 Jetta. (Insert gaffaw here).I bought a VW logo from a guy on Ebay that had the logo cut out of mirror tint. I took the logo to the local installer and he set me up. The job turned out really cool. The advantage of having the logo made out of tint was that it was on the inside of the window, out of the elements and safe from things like ice scrapers and car wash brushes.

Hi guys, I'm new. So new that I just drove my '05 Black SS home from the dealer today. I once found a die cut morror window tint for a car I used to own. I'm looking for an SS logo that I could put into my rear window on my truck. Any sources available?? Or can any local graphics shop set me up. Thanks, Tim
