    Nothing compares to HID's, but, the HIR's are just a step below. Only because its rated at one Kelvin, which is like 5200K or so, and HID's range from 3000K-12000K. Either way, you cant go wrong. I had the HIR's for 2 years on my Jeep, and loved them. But, I could never go back after I had HID's.

    I've ran a bulb called HIR's. Those are some bad ass bulbs. Look them up. Hopefully they still make them

    Well, finally was able to get my new spark plugs and plug wires installed today. I gotta say, kinda woke up the truck a little bit. I went with the NGK TR55ix and Magnacore 8.5mm wires and I am very impressed.

    That cannot be good for your engine. I highly recommend you not doing it unless you are going full throttle due to lack of back pressure and the possibilty of floating some valves.

    go to the web site, v-led.com and get the 92 LED Type 2 swichbacks and a pair of 3 ohm resistors to prevent hyperflash. Wire the resistors into the turn signal wires, 1 neg. wire and 1 turn signal wire. and you're done. takes about 30 min. to get it done.

    I had mine on for a month before being painted. The body shop is gonna have to prep it before paint anyways, might as well use it and make sure the hood fits. I had to do some modification on mine so Im glad I did mine early
