    Didnt know my thread would stir up some old shit my bad. Anyways ya I could never get enough money for my truck, unless somebody's got 20k and wants another ss ;)

    lol. Yeah these trucks aren't worth as much anymore. I would rather have it sit then sell it at current market value. Doesn't bother me. It's a nice backup vehicle.

    Shop? Try all the above mentioned methods first before you give the truck to them. More than likely it's a simple prob and you can fix it yourself. If it is a more complicated issue that you can't fix/don't have tools for/no time etc then take it in. Since you didn't drive it in awhile, sounds like you don't need truck fixed ASAP. Just my .02. The couple times I took my truck in (no time, needed truck) they turned out to be simple probs I could've fixed myself. It's not always the case but it's worth trying to fix it yourself. Just trying to help you save some of your hard earned money. Good luck

    Quit procrastinating!! Lol. Just cuz it's winter doesn't mean the roads are covered in snow the entire season. There are times when the roads are clean and clear. That way you can take it out on its "road trials" and get all the bugs worked out, so that come spring time, you can enjoy it without worry or more downtime.

  15. Gas Cap Part #?

    I need the part number for the gas cap. 2005 SSS. I tried search on this site and it absolutely sucks. Brings up nothing relevant. Brings up topics that include GASkets :mad: etc. All of the online auto parts sites I tried bring up a TON of caps! They look the same but all have different part numbers. Im out of country at the moment so I cant run into town. If you got the number thanks!! :cheers:

    Looking for a set of grey rims. Don't have to be in perfect condition. Some Curb rash ok. Going to be my winter set so I'm not worried about show quality. Preferably rims only but will buy with tires. PM me a price shipped to 97026. Have forklift onsite. Thanks!
