I found out by others that It won't work
No it won't just swap out you need to swap out the wiring harness and sensors in the vents and headliner and you need to reprogram your bcm with options for the digital temp controls

How much of a gap do you have between the tire and fender? And are the wheels almost flush with fender?
Im willing to lower it based on what will clear it, so if it'll clear with say a 5" drop I'll do that, only concern is if the tire will look to short.
My rear tire is very close to tucking I can barely stick my hand in there

I dont think it will fit with out rubbing especially if your planning on a 6 inch drop in the rear...I currently run a 5/7 drop with 22in reps in the rear with an 285/35/22 tire I had to roll the inside lip so the tire can fit with out the fenders chewing up my tire

can the 6.2L be swapped directly into our trucks??
If im not mistaken only an lsx 6.2 block can be directly swapped into our trucks....the new ls3 6.2 would need more work because the transmission is controlled by a tcm which our trucks don't have

ok let me start buy saying this and hope every 1 who is interested in the cladding reads this,,,,,,, i had posted the cladding for sale a couple of weeks ago and had sold it to a member in the forum,,,,,i was waithing on that person for 2 weeks and he had told me he was really interested and gave me a deposit of 100 dollars,,,,,,,,he text me saying he will pick it up 2 weeks ago ,,,,,,,today january the 27 ,,,,he send me a pm saying hes not interested no more,,,,,,so i will have to resale the cladding to another member,,,,,,who ever is interested please ,,,,,dont try to waste my time or yours by playing games ,,,,,,,serious buyers only,,,,no offense
ok fresh start ,,up for sale a complete ss silverado cladding all gm parts paint is 9.5 out of 10 some regular scratches like any other used part im asking $900 for the complete cladding,,,no craks..,,i will try to sell as a complete cladding ,,,,,,if it does not sell as a complete cladding i will part it out ,,
will shipp at buyers expense,,,,,,

What would be the best shocks for a dim 5-7 lowered truck?? Would the beltechs be too short?? As the djm kit uses stock height shocks

Ok thanks!! Also I was looking on their but didnt see the rear license plate light covers. The little gloss cover that goes over the actual bulb housing.....any ideas where I can get one of them??? Thanks for your help!
You would probably have to get the complete housing not just the glass cover the only place I can.think of is lac trucks...but im sure ebay has them and gmpartsdirect

Check out sae parts they usually have them for a decent price...if not gmpartsdirect has them for around $100 or more depending on your year

Yea just buy one complete its pretty easy and straight forward install you will have to remove your seats first in order to get the center console in then put seats back...do you have a center jump seat?? Reason I ask is because you'll need the center console glove box as well if yours came with a center jump seat...

Hmmmm I thought they had both. You could call them and chekc. SAE is a good company to deal with. I just ordered my passenger cladding expecting it to be primered but they called me up and asked me what color my truck was, and they sent me the pannel already painted Onyx Blak, so I dont have to pay to have it painted I can just have it slapped on

They do have both the driver and passenger but they dont come with the Support bracket. You may be able to order just the suport from Gmparts direct and the molding from SAE and save a few bucks.
Which site did you buy the cladding from? Sae on ebay only has passenger side molding for $200
Yea cuz gmparts direct wants close to $400 per side...that's almost as much as I payed for my bed cladding including tailgate moldings and bumper cover
