I'm running the 3inch Carven TR with LT, no cats, Off road Y pipe, all 3 inch pipe. I think Carven makes great mufflers and exhaust kits.

Try spraying the bushings with wd40 and see if it goes away. If it does they need replacing. Wouldn't hurt to hit all the grease zerks will you're under there.

I have that intake on my truck. Post up a picture and I'll tell you if that's how mine is. I do remember changing something up but it's been three years so I can't recall.

Depends what you do with your truck. If you use your truck as a truck like I do I'd suggest the HD bilsteins (spelling?) The bilsteins are friggin stiff. Others will maybe chim in with options for comfy or better handing. This site ain't what it was so don't get your hopes up.
