  1. Sorry for the sizes but that is my everyday screen resolution. Straight desktop rather plain. Switching between desktops.
  2. I graduated at 23. I went 5 yrs because of switching major end of first term and having to wait for the next fall to take the classes i needed.
  3. Well I am assuming it is going to hold ok since i have about 200+ miles on it since I plugged it. I also stopped at the place where I buy all of my tires and they also said I didn't need to worry about the plug. They said it was up high enough that it was still ok to plug. I feel better now after all of the replies and talking to the tire place. So thanks for the replies.
  4. I was just wondering what most of you do when you get a nail or screw in your tires? Do you plug it or patch it? I just got one tonight and it is near the end of the tread almost to where it rounds over to the sidewall. I was told the I should really replace the tire. I know the screw wasn't in there long and I think i picked it up within a mile from my house. I went to go into the garage and saw it sticking out of the tire. Also not a lot of scuff on the head of the screw so I know the tire hasn't been driven on long so the overall low pressure is not an issue. Actually after I pulled the screw and plugged it I checked the pressure and it was 30 psi. So what are your opinions and is it really bad in that area to have it plugged? I would hate to have to buy a new tire since I can't see buying just one tire and don't really care to buy 4 at the moment. The tires only have about 15k miles on them and still have a decent amount of tread left on them. I am running yokohama avid suvs and I know i can get them for about 130 m/b out the door. Just looking for thoughts suggestions.
  5. This seems similar to the last couple of logs I did on my dad's corvette with stock tuning. I believe b2 was the one that was getting red. I forget the number exactly but the right side stayed under 10. All he has done to the car is cai and catback.
  6. Thanks for the offer but the chances of me actually getting to my quad are pretty slim. It has a bunch of junk piled around it and on top of it. Maybe if i ever get a round to it I will take you up on your offer. I had all intentions of riding again when I got it fixed in Oct. and is hasn't gone beyond the back yard once since then. It one of those things i would like to do but never seem to get to it.
  7. If i recall correctly the 4" trapp I have on my honda 250x with packing and about 8-10 discs was about 114 db (we borrowed a meter from a science teacher not sure how accurate it was). My guess is that you will probably need the packing. I also think I remember someone telling me that your performance will suffer without using the packing the packing actually helps with a smooth flow and without it the exhaust goes every which way in that core. The smae thing with worn out packing instead of a new tightly packed core.
  8. They are around. I know someone who just had their ls6 in a rclb 2wd tuned within the last week or so by Bryan
  9. I like how those look. I can't wait to hear how they sound. I also like how the end caps cleaned up for you. I should clean up the setup on my quad my end cap looks like the two really dark ones you have pictured there. Will you be putting them on with an h or x pipe? or just two straight pipes into the trapps?
  10. I have basically the same high octane table that you have so i am assuming that we have the same tune. I also have cai and catback. I had the same tune on my 03 and the 04. The iat of 114 might have a little to do with it seems a little warm. You might want to try playing with the iat spark advance correction -add table. remove some timing there according to the intake temp and move your high octane table back to what it was. it seems that the high octane table setup that way works for me in the 70* range for intake air temp and I am running 93 with stock stat.
  11. If the weather holds out I will be there. Also if it does rain Will you guys go up on Thursday then?

Let me know when you are going up to the track. I wouldn't mind seeing it run.
  13. When I found out about the claims that the older system didn't increase the power I called volant and asked them about it and what I would have to do to get an upgrade. I was told they couldn't just give it for free and I said I didn't expect to get it for free i said i just thought you might give a discount to current owners. Anyways I think i only had to pay somewhere around 120 for the new one directly from them at the time. I thought that was fair.
  14. I would like to say thanks to Quick for the trackside tuning he did last night on my dad's 04 vette. It made a huge difference. Thanks again
  15. That was on the news tonight. the kid is only 12 i think. so he isn't that big himself
  16. I get to update as many (hopefully all) of our clients' servers with OS upgrade and hopefully replace out some of the older servers. I also get to rewrite one of applications that I am currently working on. I will say it will be a fast summer.
  17. I have been having mine recharged for the past four years. The guy i use charges me about $60 to refill. I asked him if I needed to replace the unit and he told me not until he says so. Mine will gradually leak over the year until it finally freezes. How often is yours leaking until it freezes?
  18. Well if you do make it out I will either be in blue SS or one of dad's vehicles red 04 vette or silverstone TBSS. If I have vette or TBSS look for older man with O2 tank and vette hat that would be dad. Dad need his oxygen when he has to walk around alot.
  19. I was thinking about hitting pittsburgh raceway park on saturday afternoon for test n tune since I think it is the last saturday until fall(moves to wed nights). Its a little bit of a drive from Cranberry.
  20. I went to the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown UPJ. I got a BS in Comp Sci and a minor in Math.
  21. Anybody going next weekend? Or if not let me know if going up another time after next weekend. I will be willing to go up and at least watch.
  22. You don't have to cut up the magnaflow system to do this. You just don't add the muffler to the two lead pipes after the resonators.. I ran that way for a week or so by putting two pieces of pipe where the muffler was. It is alot louder and I liked it for the most part but the magnaflow muffler has a built in "x" pipe section(or at least opened up in the middle) and keeps the truck from popping when slowing down. I figure I might try this again by putting an xpipe where the muffler was. I know you should put the xpipe farther forward but i figure it is no different then what I have now and like said I don't want to cut anything up. Just waiting for the weather to get warmer to try again.
  23. Hey all just wondering if anyone will be going up to the track opening weekend? Opening weekend is April 14th and 15th. I am pretty sure I can't make it on the 14th to race and might go up on the 15th. But if others are going up on the 14ht i might go up there later on the 14th and watch. Gates open 11 and racing is from 12-5pm
  24. My 03 did that all the time. The 04 i am driving now doesn't make that noise though or at least I don't notice it as much..
