Well, are you surviving? I'm start vacation today at 1PM (CDT)

  13. so far it works great. i have navigation bluetooth all of it for less than 300 bucks. If you order from crutchfield they will send you the harness you need for the screen and everything you need to hook it up. Only thing extra i had to pay for was the harness to keep the door chimes and onstar and the steering wheel controls. Also my problem at first was everything would work but no sound, comes to find out there is a amp under the center consoule. So instead of taking that out i just found which wire from factory harness went to amp then spliced into it with the remote wire from the aftermarket harness. All in all it was a very easy install i would say.
  14. I dont have any special system, just the stock bose system that comes in our trucks. I think it sounds great. I also kept the steering wheel controls and used CRUX SOOGM-15 GM, which works great. Then for the bracket i just used whatever crutchfield sent me with my order.
  15. Only has 3 buttons a home button and the up and down for volume. I really like it so far Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I finally got my screen put in i had a couple problems getting but other than that works like a champ now. Here is a picture of it
  17. I figured it out thanks for the help. Now my problem is everything works but no sound. Do I have to run a wire to the Bose amp? And if so how does the center console come out?
  18. I have everything for my double din ready to go I just can't seem to find where the steering wheel module hooks up. I no it's under steering wheel dash part but where. A picture or something of where I can unhook it at would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Its not really any different then installing any other stereo. That being said I ended up removing the entire dash because there are so many wires (I also have aftermarket XM and added the thing so you can play video while driving)
