For anyone looking some SS wheels, not in the best shape but nothing a little powder coat can't fix...
-
Don't have an SS, but I'm rolling with my Silverado for now. So far the youngest on the site... 17!
-
I've FINALLY found ones I like, and that are cheap. Though this might help anybody else out thats looking for some also. Here ya go!
-
Ya, well it happened to me, I had a poineer amp, thats probably why it blew but ya, the light on mine still came on and everything. It was just one of the outlets that the wires went into, was just shot. So instead of trying to fix it I just bought a new one
-
What kind of amp is it? Me and one of my frineds had the same problem, both our subs went out. But it was that amp htat went bad.
-
I'm shaving mine off
My plan exactly!

Yes. This is what I used for my taillights and they look awsome!

Alright, Thanks for the feedback!

Ark City. About 50 miles South of Wichita! And ya, I thought it might rub, Ive been thinking about new tires but I don't know what size would be good for this drop without any problems. And a wheel that would work with my wheels
-
I'm looking to either do a 2/4 or 3/4 drop on my Silverado, but I was wondering if the tire size I have now will work with the drop without having to do anything beside install the kit, the tires I have are 285/50/20. I need some help.
-
Sounds like Norcal has my lowering kit and Ss reps I need to get, Lol
-
Awwww damn! Well Chrome will work too
they do not sell the ss reps in gloss black
-
Going for black, but I DON'T want flat, I want gloss
you gonna get chrome or black?
-
Anyone happen to know where I could get some SS wheels?
-
How small of a tire could I get for my eagle alloy rims? The link is the place I got them, but I'm not sure what sizes I can do, need some help! Forgot to add they are the 20"
-
This is NOT an SS just a single cab, Chevy silverado. Has about 71,000 miles on it, 4.3L v6, only thing done to it is a bullet exhaust system, and 20" eagle alloy 026 series wheels. No problems, clean paint, never been wrecked in perfect shape. Just trying to sell and upgrade to an SS, if I can't sell I will begin the modding process, If not it's all good. Asking 11,000.

Ya, I was thinking of just throwing it in when I get my other parts painted up.
That looks great!
pro-paint job
-
So if I understand this correctly. First you paint the mirror going through all the steps. Then let dry and fold it and paint the unpainted parts. Or do you prime let dry fold and prime, paint let dry fold and clear let dry fold clear?
-
Ya, I was thinking about scuffing it all with somepretty high grit just for a be bond all around.
-
ANybody know if there has been a How To on this, i lookined but couldn't find one, just wanting to know about painting the outter shell of your grill and how to paint the chrome strip that runs across them, thiis for a Silverado grill, not an SS grill
-
Alright, thanks guys.

I'm looking to lowwer my ride, but I was just looking for some feed back on what the best way to lower it would be, and what type or brand you guys think is the best? I'm looking to do a 4/6 drop, but if I could find a 3/5 I would really rather go that route, the streets in my area aren't to good. Lol.

Yes, I've talked to a guy and to my surprise he is actually really close to where I'm at.
There seems to be alot more SSS in kansas ive noticed it should be easy for you to find one
