I'm 99% sure my 06 has the instant mpg. Can't be for sure because I never concern myself with mpg being a 6.0 and all

Its fun to make the instant say 1 mpg. Just cycle through steering wheel buttons til you find it and mash the gas. It is an amazing sight

Yes. With the front end parts minus the axle, most the parts are the same as a 4wd with the z60 suspension
