What is the most likely cause. Random misfire, not cylinder specific. I failed my emissions test because of this. it happens about once a week and usually goes away after a 45 minute drive. But It pops at the wrong times. After I change this exhaust I need to fix this so I can pass emissions. Where do I start looking?

I stated what I had the truck up to on the road, I haven't tried to max it out on the road with the 6.0. I haven't tried to break 100 MPH with the 6.0. Cops are stricter about that in California. When I hit 128 MPH with this truck and the old 4.8 I was in Florida on I-10 at about 1:30 AM

OK. So your running a P1SC at 5 psi. I want to run a roots style. So I was thinking TVS1900, cam, heads, and bassani headers. Or a cam, heads, stroke, and bassani headers. Either way it will get a stroke and a supercharger but the order is different. Its a long slow project so no rush but if like to get a parts list going. A TVS2300 was mentioned, do they make it in cathedral port? I also need to look proper because I do have to pass California emissions testing. I also intend to take to the track after the first large mod whether it be the stroke or a supercharger. It will be on track and a tow slut. Not heavy loads, about 4000 lbs Max. GM-Trucks.com can't give me a straight answer. I want to install the MBRP system for a 2500HD 6.0. I need dual pipes before the system to do it. On the other site it was recommended to find a half ton 6.0 system for manifold back. I was thinking a 2500HD system from manifolds back. You guys are the best at ECSB 1500's with 6.0's so what are my options?
