  5. I am doing a single 3" exhaust with a Borla XR-1 Sportsman muffler and I'd like something like the SS tip but i need 3"
  6. I am looking to change exhausts. I am looking into the Borla XR-1 Sportsman in the 16" oval case 3" in/out. Going to a single exhaust. My question is do these have drone? I drive a lot of highway miles. I am open to adding a resonator, but don't know which one because I don't know anything about them.

  10. Had a little issue with gripping. First up was a Roush stage 1 F150. From a 30 MPH roll. I backed off at 65 because I was on a surface street. I know the stage 1 has bolt ons. #2 is where I had the grip issue. I ran into a friend from high school. It was a 97ish Integra. The outside was JDM. He had a JDM K20 2.0L in it. V-Tec, hot cams, header, cat delete, $1200 Greddy cat-back, I think he said he had the engine bored .060 over. Well we went from a stop light. He got the dig I didn't. I got traction hit about 3000 rpms and took off. I got him by a truck length about 1/4 mile away. Maybe a little further to the next light. I know not impressive but kills are kills.   12. I will fill up with 91 tomorrow. I had a little less than 1/4 tank when I took it in. I ran 87 with the 4.8. Over time after I get a new tranny, I'm going to get a mild cam and a TVS1900. Just to have 450 to the wheels. I really dont care to have much more than that. I still want it to be emissions legal.

  14. I got the truck back. It dyno'd at 325 HP to the wheels on 87 octane. All that is done to the engine is the K&N cold air, MBRP exhaust made for the 4.8/5.3, and a custom tune on the dyno. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Xparent Red Tapatalk 2
  15. Only 2 things cause that. The truck is upset with the electrical system. In my case it was a 300 amp alternator. Or low vacuum. Could be the cam, or even the supplemental brake assist motor on your brake booster gone bad. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Xparent Red Tapatalk 2

  19. You either dont have enough vacuum, or an electrical problem. I just went through this. It happened when I put a new alternator on
