Good to hear you found the problem because mine does the exact same thing. When that happens I quickly turn my wheels back, it feels like the tires are gonna fall off or something, I haven't changed my tie rods and all that, maybe thats my problem too

I used a spray gun to paint them and no problems, but it doesn't really matter, that paint will stick to it regardless just make sure to use some adhesive promoter first and you are good

Haven't done much to the ss but I did pick up this hood that I wanted, I really wanna put it on but Im undecided on going back to the 03-05 front end.
