Alot of time if you have your RCAs on the back of your radio touching the other wires it will produce static or a hiss (i noticed mine under acceleration). If you just run your rcas to the opposite side it helps.

I have my intercooler for my procharger under the truck. Do you think this lip will push air away from the intercooler?

Then I got to wondering what to do with the visors...they will still b tan also? Do i wrap or can i wrap them in suede? And even if i wrap them in suede ill still have that tan plastic piece and that extension that comes of of the visor...it would have just been easier if they would have matched it from the factory ha

Would i have to sand any of the peices or put some type of primer down before i painted it?

I have the charcoal interior with the tan headliner. Along the edges of the door around the door seal the headliner is starting to peel back and I was thinking about replacing it. I would really like to go with charcoal or black suede headliner, but all my visors and roof pieces are tan. Any options or ideas?

Something isn't connected right. I don't think there is anything wrong with your radio. If you put in an aftermarket radio with bose speakers and you dont buy the correct harness for the BOSE speakers, then there will be no sound at all coming out of your speakers. I ran into that problem when i changed out my radio. So before you think you have a bad radio ect. just check your wiring.

I hear air coming in the back passenger glass. When I pulled over to see if the window was cracked or maybe not latched down tight, I noticed it was closed but I could push out on the glass a little bit. Is there any way I can tighten the latch up or whats holding the window in? I can hear it over the exhaust and the procharger and it's annoying me to hear the wind constantly!!

I'm looking to buy some headers. I don't really want to spend 1k-1500 on a set of headers. I have been recommended to get the OBX lt headers, but have seen where some were complaining about them. What is a good header that wont break the bank and also be pretty much problem free. I don't want to have to keep buying spark plug wires because they get burnt up or anything. Another thing is a wideband gauge. I have a p1sc procharger and I have been told that a wideband gauge will help with the tuning process. Im in the process of converting all my interior lights to blue leds so blue backlighting would be a plus. Also I don't want to spend 250-300 if i can find one around 100-150 that does the same thing.

My plans were headers and a cam an stall but I didnt know what size cam or stall to get....

I just sold my 08 lifted Gmc Sierra for an 03 black procharged and intercooled SSS. I have had the truck for only a month or so but I'm already reading the post and seeing the mods done and I can tell you this money is burning a hole in my pocket ! Im new to the site and I enjoy reading all the info put out on these trucks. It's got me wanting to do stuff I would have never thought of. I have a 03 SS silverado with a p1sc intercooled supercharger. That is the only engine mod done at this time. What are some good mods to make it fast, but also have good driving manners when i cruise or take a trip. What kind of cam, pulley, stall, headers etc... thanks!
