Hey john that would be great..just let me know. No smoking over here. Unfortunately got sick this past week and just haven't done much on my days off. Hope your thighs turn out good! Injecting them?

Just like the title says. Looking for a stock radio. Let me know if you guys have one. I'd also be willing to entertain aftermarket ones. Just let me know.
Thanks

My last couple of smokes... Been a while since I posted anything here. Great looking food on here lately. Def makes me want to hit it some more. Made 6 racks of st louis ribs for the boys at work and a prime rib roast for the family.
seasoned liberally with S,P,O & G then pan seared all sides and off to the smoker.

You sure know how to make a come-back Brother. I just slobbered all over my keyboard.

Haven't posted in a while due to my crazy schedule at work... Finally had some days off and was able to smoke my first standing rib roast.
seasoned with SPOG and ready to hit the smoker
Smoker cruised at around 225° for most the smoke. Took about 3.5 hours to get it up to 130° internal.
Rested for 1.5 hours and ready to slice up
Everything came out great! I would highly recommend this to anyone that has not done one. It was really easy and a lot faster than I thought.

Thanks for the compliments fellas. It was fun and delicious!

Finally got a couple of days off... So what better way to spend the night than smoking a butt?!
Just before pulling off the smoker
The sandwich had some asian slaw the wife makes and some home made bbq sauce.
Not smoked but there is some rib eye on there. This was taken from a Bobby Flay Brunch cook book. Came out amazing!

Treager would be sweet. That is my favorite beer u r drinking there too. I'll have to stock up on it before they stop selling.

That's a great looking chunk of Salmon Alex.
Thank u sir. It was quite tasty!
-
Threw some salmon on my weber kettle yesterday with some fingerling potatoes. Came out pretty good!
and of course had to have a drink
-
So I went to wegmans today and put my own 6 pack together!! Gotta say so far haven't found one I didn't like. Still have more to drink. Stay tuned!!! Until tomorrow night!
I'm so jealous u got a wegman's. That's the king of grocery stores. Makes Publix look like a dump. I like that UFO pumpkin beer. If you run across southern tiers "pumpking" that is my favorite pumpkin beer. Some really good flavor.
-
Got some steaks on my kettle the other day. Added some hickory chunks and let it go for about 45 mins. Came out fantastic!
Someones ready for her share!
-
John that bacon looks good! Glad u finally got around to it!

Wow this is a bad thread if your some what hungry.
I have always been interested in cooking on a grill or smoker but finding the time is hard. Of course we use a propane grill for basic stuff but nothing like this. maybe I'll have to find the time.
I would def make time for it. The food is great and likany guys have mentioned it can be quite therapeutic.
Looks like several guys had some killer grub last night too! All looks good.

I was surprised how early it had come put
