  1. P/N 24221349 - GM Updated Valve Body Spacer Plate and Gasket set. Reason behind replacing this is the factory separator plates had an issue with the checkballs deeply wearing into the plate and sometimes all the way through. My factory transmission had shy over 30k miles on it, and one of the checkballs by the 1-2 accumulator housing had worn a pretty good groove in the plate already. Dont remember the cost, but it wasnt bad. I called my gm dealer and searched the web and i cannot find this part. Any ideas?

  5. i have 2 catch cans. one on the clean side because ive heard that if you are revving it real high often the oil can build up and come back through the clean side. I also have one on the dirty side too

  7. If at first I just use a WOT switch should I spray it off the line(foot brake to about 1.5k or 2k)? or should I arm it right after I leave(around 3k-3.5k)?

  9. It wont be a strictly race setup. It will be a DD street/strip truck. I will probably pull 4* of timing using the IAT trick. I also have AWD so I don't think I'll blow the tires off but that would be pretty bad@ss! haha

Id run a 100 shot. wet. and you get your tuner to just set lets say 139-141*f (whatever ohms that is) IAT reading to retard the timing by 4 degrees and then at the flip of a switch you can retard timing. Most seem to use the arming switch for the nitrous, as the switch for the IAT timing retard trick. I was wondering if anyone has done this on a SSS? It seems like our IAT is at the same spot as the MAF right?
  11. Alright. i think i am going to do the resistor on a switch to control the IAT and have my tuner set it for whatever shot i want to run. Anyone else do this on a SSS?
  12. My friend tuned my truck with HP Tuners and I am about to get spray. What are my options for switching between 2 tunes? What do yall recommend i do?
  13. yea he has a wideband. when I go above a 50 shot I will get gauges(A/F, fuel psi, bottle psi) and probably a window switch. Is a window swtich really needed? we have awd so i seriously doubt i will ever spin all 4 and hit the limiter.
  14. What are the limits of the stock fuel system? My friend tuned it so it wouldn't be a problem to retard some timing. Id probably only run a 100 shot until I got pistons because this is my DD. Also do they make a flip switch tune for our trucks?
  15. I have a 04 lq9 with 93k on it and when I got it tuned everything was fine and every cylinder was at least 99% balanced. Mods in sig. How much nitrous could the stock bottom end hold?
