  1. P/N 24221349 - GM Updated Valve Body Spacer Plate and Gasket set. Reason behind replacing this is the factory separator plates had an issue with the checkballs deeply wearing into the plate and sometimes all the way through. My factory transmission had shy over 30k miles on it, and one of the checkballs by the 1-2 accumulator housing had worn a pretty good groove in the plate already. Dont remember the cost, but it wasnt bad.

     

    I called my gm dealer and searched the web and i cannot find this part. Any ideas?

Id run a 100 shot. wet. and you get your tuner to just set lets say 139-141*f (whatever ohms that is) IAT reading to retard the timing by 4 degrees and then at the flip of a switch you can retard timing. Most seem to use the arming switch for the nitrous, as the switch for the IAT timing retard trick. I was wondering if anyone has done this on a SSS? It seems like our IAT is at the same spot as the MAF right?

  3. I have a similar setup but with Flowmasters. I have posted audio clips on here I'm sure you can dig up. It is pretty dang loud. If it were my dd I would find it uncomfortable. Luckily it's not my dd so I like it.

     

    I went back and found them. It sounds GREAT! im physced, cant wait to get mine sounding like that

  4. yessir! i went there last year in my SSS.. and plan on bringing my impala ss this year but it looks like ill be back in my SSS lmao!

     

    i believe last year there was an supercharged Black SSS and i remember a red clone...

     

    but im sure this year our Houston SSS and TBSS will be fairly DEEP this year..
