Ok I have one in my truck it was in it when I bought it it has never leaked but after a curtain Speed all I hear is air sounds like its gonna suck the thing right out of my truck and there is a little metal tab that stops the curtain shade from closing I really don't use it that much I would say don't get one but like the others said get a good one if ya do I don't know if its a good one or not but if it opens without a key it not factory I thought it was weird at first then figured it out ss didn't come with one so I would not get one but its up to you ya can't go back after. I had a ac-delco battery in my Cadillac from 2006 -2013 but when it came time to replace I got the optima redtop you can't go wrong it's sealed even though the ac-delco last a while if over worked the fluid inside can get low then you could over heat a cell to get to the point it could last a while but compromise performance so it's your choice a battery gos bad in my ride I get a red top it's the terminator of battery's

I got 140000 miles on mine and I bought it with 66,666 miles I know ha ha but have no worrys I have not had many problems cat clogged at 110,000 and drivers side front wheel hub at 80,000 and recently a knock sensor compared to a lot of other vehicles out there thats barely anything and she gets driven hard every day still smilin ear to ear I can't say that about any car I have ever owned and I still get compliments on the truck it's still makes me happy so forget about the miles but hey the cops are still hating and these trucks are almost a decade old so hop in that truck and drive the hell out of it and watch for those damn cops they always trying to catch us riding dirty long live the SS all else and your just driving from point a to point b

Good point if the rader gun used hasn't been checked in a certain time frame they should drop the ticket and usually they don't get them inspected on time until someone like yourself questions it in court but remember next time the same cop will be gunning for you for making him look incompetent in court worth a try you might need a lawyer to make sure you get a fair hearing cause where I'm at what the cop says is what the court believes first

How do u go from a ss pickup to a Dodge even a rumble bee can't compete

If chevy wanted a lifted ss they would've made one they gave us the ss for the street if you want a bad ass lifted pickup then go for a z71 there everywhere then get a zo6 engine from salvage yard put them together and there you go leave the ss's for the good people who like them the way they are

Ok I'm not sure if they make a z71 with a 6.0 but if a 6.0 with all wheel drive is what your looking for then go for a Denali with the five cab roof lights and bed side lights it looks the part when lifted and if you went for the all wheel steer it would be one hell of a off road of death pickup that could make it around any tree in the trail if I heard a tree run down the side of my truck just poke me in the eye and get it over with

I know it's been some time since last posted I was thinking cats but today I was driving my brothers 2500 hd and the infamous p0300 code came up truck was poping and farting first I was thinking shit it gotta be the cats it did the same thing my truck did it wasn't it was the fuel pump but acted like a clogged cat it would drive normal no check engine light get on the highway and engine light would flash and temp would rise it did this for weeks but today it died it would start and idle and I might get a mile after it colded then die so check the fuel pressure if ya haven't fixed the problem it might save you from what I went through today soon as we fixed it iwas thinking of ya
