    Im still around. I had 100 emblems made way back wh. So if anyone wants them I can 20 shipped on the emblem or put a bag together for you guys. Im not active often here but for quick response my email is [email protected]. the part thqt costs ala lot is shipping airbags since they need to be classified as hazmat .

    Thanks for the heads up. If things fall through with mine getting made, I will for sure buy one from you (just the emblem)

    There are interior guys out there that repair leather seats. I know several in my area that are fantastic at repairing them. They can fix cigarette burns, leather cracks, fading....all of that. You might check with some local dealers to see if they have any guys that come and do work at their lots.

  6. Just bought this truck, throwing a P0128

    I just bought this truck last week. On the interstate, if I give it much gas, the truck will automatically throw a P0128 code "Coolant Temps Below Thermostat Operating Temp".

     

    If I drive it normally, not giving it much gas, it's fine. The guy I bought it off of did install a hypertech thermostat. I can clear the code no problem with my aeroforce gauges. Will it hurt anything? Why would it be throwing this code?

    My muffler shop made my 2.5 in pipe fit a 3" cutout no prob. They can open the ends a bit or slide it in the other pipe and made it work. It shouldn't be a prob at all. You can look for a 3" dual in out they may make one.

     

    If they can make it fit, I'll probably just go that route, just hope it's loud enough, haven't heard to many thing about the BORLA 400286 - Pro XS

    Thanks for all of the great info guys!

     

    So...if I want louder, the better set up would be a single 3" dual in/dual out muffler instead of two 3" single in/single out mufflers?

     

    The only di/do borla I found is 2.25 in and out, which won't work with the stock exhaust.

    What would be the next best loudest, good flowing muffler available since I can't get a single di/do Borla muffler? Gibson? Magnaflow?

    if im not mistaken which i could be i think it is actually from the airbag from the trialblazer lol but i could be wrong and here is a guy that is selling his http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/pts/3625864403.html

     

    The airbag itself is from a trailblazer ss (like the one I just installed) but the "SS's" are different on the TBSS airbags. The SS badge I'm looking for has the Silverado SS font like pictured

    I think it will be. Are you looking for something just over stock? Lots of mufflers out there that sound really good.

    I want it as loud as possible, but I don't want to hurt performance/torque. But...I want an actually tone instead of a straight pipe sound or anything like that. I did a search and it seems like the borla's (not sure what models) are supposed to sound pretty nasty.
