Thanks for the review Zippy. I'm starting to think an '07 MAX would be a good replacement for my aging S-10.

If there's enough interest I'd like to do it around the middle of January.

It says "SS" on the doors and has the "5.3 SS engine". Isn't that all it needs to make it an SS?

I have an LT4 knock module in my 1996 Impala SS with a 383. It is said to make it less sensitive to knock and valve train noise. I've never heard of one being used in an LS series engine.

Gotta get me one of those!

Since these are embroidered to order I don't have any to photograph yet.

For reference I looked it up on car-part.com. It seems $500 plus shipping is a fair price.

The door cladding is held on with tape, rivets and push-pins. There's nothing inside the door you need to worry about covering up.
