What size and kind of wheels do you have on your 08? I have a twin for my daily driver and have been shopping for wheels on ebay. I really like yours.

I looked at a red 2004 SS at Benevinty Chevrolet, It has 29000 miles and is pretty clean. It doesn't have the chrome wheels, but has a toneau cover and bed liner. They are asking 22,450, but they have had it for sale for several months. The salesman came right down to $20,700. I am very sure they would take less. I was looking at it for friend, but he ending up buying an 2008 silverado.

Have you measured with a full tank of gas and a driver sitting in the truck? I don't think that would change it an 1 1/2", but it might be a lot closer.

Just remove the 2" block, I have done this to 2 other trucks, it works great, very easy to do and rides the same. You can either change u bolts or make up some spacers to fill in the differance. This is your best bet, it's free.
