  1. this one is a wrap, just need to wire it up and run the cooling lines, I am very pleased with the way this project turned out as far as fitment is concerned; hopefully I'll realize low IAT's for my efforts, LOL, but you know how that shit goes  . Ended up being fairly cost effective in the end as well , enjoy the pics, let me know what you think :usa:

  2. here's the latest project almost complete.......I had the two truck heat exchangers I was running welded together at approx the lower bumper bracket mounting angle; then had some L-brackets I fabbed up welded on the rear H/E so a pair of small e-fans could be bolted up. I think I am going to run these H/E'ers in parallel and see how that works out as far as IAT's are concerned. This dual setup will be mounted ala' Joe gibbs brackets behind the front bumper.

I drilled holes in the center of the L-brackets so they could be zapped for a little extra support:

  3. hey moregrip,

what time doe's the show end and the other stuff begin?...

:dupe: dumb question, too lazy to look on the calender..

i might actualy make it there the day before and stay the weekend?... still have some plannin to do.

if anyone wants to do the same i might be able to get you a break on the prices at my resort in carlsbad?... have to check but i think i could. :dunno:

if i don't go the day before, i'll meet up with you guys then.

7-9am is what the exotics usually show up for, not that we can't stay longer, I've seen several side bars on what to do afterwards but nothing concrete yet

  4. Dave, we should see who we can get up here to roll down with us. I'm thinking we'll have to leave ballz early but we could probably pick up a few people along the way too! My ex gf lives down there too, I think I might go egg her house!! Lol

Chase Gas lamp sounds good as long as your driving!

for you guys making the drive, leave early! I've made the drive to Calabasas before, but I hate traffic! If you leave by 0530/545 you should be good to go for a 7am-ish arrival

  5. do you really think the stock motor will handle it?!? I would be very surprised... unless you run a huge pulley...

Im not trying it first!! lol... i pretty much have enough with my 112 for now...

BTW - that thing is beautiful... OMG... how soon till it is done, the build?

    VIDEO IS MANDATORY!

    any ideas on numbers?

if your set on the 112, at least get the high helix rotors, that will be good for a few more ponies

  6. Oh my! That's purdy! I am very very jealous.

I have 1,600 saved, and I just payed off my motorcycle, so I can start saving that payment each month. Oh, and I sold my '83 Chevy, so that saves me 50 a month for insurance. I should have the cash saved in no time.

Is the 122 for stock apps, or should I get the 112 for stock? Also, should I make sure to get the "H" kit, or does it really matter.

    Mike

at this point I'd just get the 122H and be done with it :driving:
