ok guys these are the mods i got, but i dont have an awd dyno with a long enough wheel base. so what do you guys think with all these mods??? Modifications to 2003 Silverado SS: 1. Yank Truck thruster 3000 torque converter 4L60E/4L65E with Zippy shift kit 4L60E/65E/70E Zippy Kit Shift Kit. Cost is 250.00 including shipping. Includes: Valve body recalibration kit, Billet Super Servo, Billet 4th gear servo, Sonnax .490 o'ringed boost valve, and AC Delco valve body gaskets. Pcmforless tune, that removed governor and shifts better So how much you guys thinkin i have?

ok so i am getting kind of tired of my flow masters, and the sound is kind of getting on my nerves when i have people in the car i cant hear them without the sound of the exhaust. So what im asking is, is there a performance exhaust that is quiet during idle daily driving??? Any repsonses are appreciated.

I had the truck thruster 3000 put on the truck with the zippy shift kit. do i need to retune the pcm. the guys from the race shop said i dont need to whats your guys imput?

What are the benefits of gutting them, sound or horsepower? Do you think i could get a performance place to gut them and tune it so the sensors don't go off??? I have the long tubes on there and it is really hard to do it myself

Ok guys i think i have done just about everything i can do without spending over 2000, I have camshaft, headers, spark plug wires, thermostat, intake, exhaust, ram air, pcm tune, torque converter with zippy kit, Ls6 valve springs, TBS. what should i do next. I dont have the money for a Supercharger or turbo and i dont want nitrous........I can spend up to $1000, you guys have any ideas, i wanna go faster. Speed truley is addicting... thanks for any complies

Tonight some guy in a after market turboed awd eclipse, got next to me and gunned it, so i bit and caught a light. i smoked him off the line with the torque converter and kept on pullin. he was a cool guy he was surprised i beat him, he told me i had a quick truck. we exchanged compliments and then parted Then later on some 2003 black on black rims cobra with a pulley and exhaust did the same apporach as the eclipse. well i knew i was going to get killed but i wanted to hear that thing roar and boy did it ever. he was also a cool guy

Well i was with my mom and i was driving to the mall to get some stuff for college and this 200? audi a3 s3 pulled up to me. I have a full tank of gas and the air conditioning is blasting. he takes off half way so i do the same and then we both floor it, we are neck and neck and he is gaining inches then we shut down because of incoming traffic. It sucks because i just got the torque converter and it would have been icing on the cake to beat him. then later in the night a Procharged 90 golf gti starts pacing me around 50 mph then i gun it, he guns it, and im pulling about two car lengths in the end....where thre is a cop at the light ahead....thank god he didnt see us behind him anyways he tells me he has intake exhast ans a procharger. MUHAHAHA!!! third race a 2003 eclipse i dont know what model because there was so much body clading. Needless to say i slaghtered him twice.... AHHH a good night in deeed.

I just want to know if i get the TT3000 do i have do retune the pcm, or get a shift kit. because i dont want to spend anymore????

also when i talked to the installation company they said i would have to furnish it myself so they wouldnt get blamed for something going wrong. what the hell does that mean? and no i dont have an extra $200 for the zip kit, i want one but i cant, the pcmforless is going to suffice.

I am going to go with the yank truck thruster 3000, and the guy said it would be about $345.00 to install. I need to know if I'll live without a retuning my pcmforless with the yank tt3000 installed? because it is a pain in the ass. I also want to know what the hell a billet servo does, and is it worth buying? thanks for your feedback.

I wanted to powder coat the stock rims black on the SS i was just wondering if anyone has done this or has pictures. Also if it matters if they arent the chrome ones. thanks for the feedback!

Well this started happening once i put on long tube headers, I had to get new wires because the dumbass that installed the headers let the spark plug wire lay onto the header melting the wire. Anyways i got new wires and I started getting a rough idle it was kind of jerky and it sounds like shit when i hit the accelerator and there is a power loss when i floor it it doesnt drop down correctly. I went to good year and had them put on new spark plug wires and spark plugs and i even put sleeves on the wires and wrapped my headers. It was working great for a while, but today it started happening again. I dont know what to do. Should i get performance wires from Taylor, or what??? please Advice would be most helpful.

Can we get our rims coated in black if they are aluminum. And how much do you think they cost?

Do both if money isnt an option. I did a gt2-3 and i love it, if you do DO heads THermo wrap them because i have to because my spark plug wires couldnt hadle it.

Will this... Fit over this ....I already cut a hole in the bottom of it...... and this hosing Look real closely, or would if used the raram air filter for it, which i dont want to do. I just want more ram air. What do you think? varam air website
