would i have to take the heads off you change then, becasue the mechanic installing my camshaft said it would be 200 with having to remove the heads and a lot more if he had to. do you guys know, also i ordered the performance thermostate and when i was trying to install it myself i broke the 'n screw head. now what?

Okay so i know there was a topic just like this the a little while ago but i really need advice on a camshaft. But since i cant supercharge it i am doing a cam and a 50 shot of Nitrious I have to pay for installation but my father is paying for the cam. I was looking at the Lingenfelter GT2-3 because someone on here mentioned it. I was wondering if i would have to get new valve springs for it or not. I can either get the package with the springs of just the cam. But i have no idea how much it would cost to have the springs put in? LINGENFELTER CAM if any of you know if this would good or not please let me know.

on the new tahoes and suberbans the bowties are shinier and darker gold, do you guys think they would fit the silverados ???

Ok well say if i did bore out the engine say.30cc, what kind of gains would i see? Yeah i also asked around to some other guys in my house and they said that he didnt know what he was talking about. I would like to do a cam, but what one would you all suggest?

no but i am going to make about 2k this summer and i want to ad that and a new cam shaft. so i want to make about 90hp

Ok I just got dynatech long tube headers, but some guy said I am going to crack my engine because i my heads are moving too fast beacause the because they are forced to. He recommended that i bore out my engine. I was wondering if this would work, and if i would have to do anything to the headers, would they still fit? I don't know that much about enignes to know what to do here. anyone know how much this would cost? Let me know what i should bore it out to so it will not crack.
