As already said...this is a very common problem. If you cannot get it in service soon, make sure you pull the fuse or your battery will run down.

I am not sure yet if the SS is going. There is a guy I work with looking for an SS and can't find anything good for a good price, so it's tempting. But, I am most likely to sell my FX45 and Solstice and replace them with the Av. Thanks again for the info jdg.

I am looking at getting a new Avalanche LTZ, but will only do it if I can build it w/ the 6.0 or 6.2 and the 6sp tranny. I have read conflicting info about the availability of the above combo's and my local dealers are no help at all. Can any of you guys on the GM payroll verify whether the new Av will be available with either 6ltr engine and the 6sp tranny? Thanks.

I don't know P., that is a tough one. The nose, mouth, and jaw line look very similar. The hair looks way too brown, but that could be lighting. The build is very similar too. I don't have kids so I don't know anybetter; but, I would be the guy in the "don't recognize my own daughter" category on this one.

The one site login is a great idea. How would you manage it though if you had two people with teh same username?

I have been smacked 3 times. All 3 Sully and Shannon have done the "battle." It kicks ass. Godsmack has never dissapointed (me) in their live shows.

This has been circulating for years...dammed funny though.

I have one. It is a fully loaded 07 base, which I will probably be trading for a GXP soon. I love it. I only drive it in the summer. It serves the exact purpose I bought it for. I wanted something fun to drive (check), a roadster convertible (check), and something completely different than anything else out there (check). The Solstice has a high reving engine, so if you drive it high in the gears the car runs like a bat out of hell. And, it handles like it is on rails. Granted, it is no Vette or SS, but it is one fun car to drive. To each his own though.
