Just curious. Funny how I have a $900 piece and keep it in a $10 case. Anyway, that laser sight you have on there is pricy. In your opinion, was it worth it? I like the fact that it is hidden . The wow factor of the laser is awesome on a Saturday morning at the range. The place I go is mostly dads and their kids,...when a laser is pointed, all the shooting stops for like 5 rounds. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I like the laser even though some people don't or think they are for "old farts". I don't use it at the range much, especially the ranges i go to that are outdoors because its obviously very hard to see and the indoor range i don't use it because i like to practice with normal sights. The main reason i got it was for the "holy crap i have a laser pointed at me" factor if someone would every break into my house. In a dark house at night, it almost garauntee's me a accurate shot at a bad guy. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> IMHO if you consider the type of person you would have to point a firearm at, mostlikey its not the first time they have been in that position. So do you really think a laser is going to make that big of a differnce? Proper presentation of a weapon is more effective then a laser. Look at it this way; I dont care if pull out a grenade launcher if the threat in question doesnt belive you will use it, its useless. I have pulled a weapon in a civilan capacity, and never had to actually use it. I firmly belive that a strong presentation can influence the decision of a threat. As for at night in the house, save yourself some money buy a decent 12 or 20 guage load it with 4,5,6,7,or 8 shot and it them with that, now thats an almost guaranteed hit. In addition depending on the shot size your not likely to #1 miss target, #2 penetrate a wall injuring someone on the other side, #3 leave anyone to come back when they get out of prison and come after you. Personally for me, mossberg 500 200$ first 5 rounds 4 shot, last 3 round 000 buck shot 12$, Tactical light 100$, the thaught that goes thru an intruders mind when they he the distintive sound of a shotgun being racked PRICELESS. On the other hand if you want to put on a show at the range try mass, mass, head rapid shots, or dumping into the 10 ring at 10 yds rapid. Or if you really want to turn some heads go double fisted put every round on the target and that for sure will turn some heads. Oh and make sure you know your range master, those kind of stunts can get you thrown out quick.

The last report I saw it looks like we'll have a dirtiest truck competition. I'm in, btw. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Me too. Hopefully we can find one out those touchless automatic deals to knock off all the big stuff once we get there. That a a little quick wax and tire stuff goes along way in a jam.

X50 for me it works great. V1's are good too, heard good and bad about them. But as prior stated X50, V1, or top of the line bel are all about the same.

I have taken 2 SC Harleys, not much to it. Get em on the jump and you should be fine. They brake traction and you should be good. Never raced from a roll. I am lightly modded.

I got 50 thats says I can pop off 3 rounds faster and more accurite, with my sights. Wouldnt be the first time I have done it. Lasers, you either love'em or hate'em. Neat toy, but little tactical advantage to the defensive shooter IMHO. However, they are badass as hell for looks. Do you have a tactical light? May I suggest an stream light m3? Thats how I roll, 220ST thats my baby. In addition I have a Sig 2340 SigPro.40 cal, and a Sig P239 .40 Cal. Usually I carry the SigPro and leave the baby (220ST) at home. As for ammo I see you carry the federal Hydra-shock. Decent stuff but there is much better stuff out there. I suggest Speer Gold Dots cant go wrong, in the 220ST I use the 200gr. +P round, 1180 FPS. Nasty round to be in the wrong end of.

Are you kidding me? Dont you remember that little thing called the SEC Championship where WE (Florida) beat you (Arkansas). I think Florida has far proven they are the best team in the SEC. You should be happy the Gators won the NC, looks good for the SEC.

I am a Sig owner all the way P220ST, 2340 Sig Pro, and P239. For carry I usually take the Sig Pro, 11 rounds of .40 180gr. Gold Dots ready to go, with an extra 10 close by. Why not look into the Sig 229? If not interested in a Sig, I say go with the Glock. If your comfortable with the .40 cal stick with a good hallow point (Gold Dot, Ranger, Golden Saber, ect.) and you will be fine.

My SS is my daily driver. However I would prefer to get something else, and give the SS a break.

you can almost put the stuff anywhere. I did my PVC, and put about the other half of the container in my fuel tank. You can mix it in with your oil too, to clean all that fun stuff out of your vavles, lifters... etc. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So would any positive results come from adding an entire can to my fuel tank? And if so should I put it in with a full tank, half, quarter?

Well I decided I am going to go with the 791, a backup battery, glass break sensor, and the invisabeam. Anyone have any other opinions or suggestions? Oh and just a thaught, I was thinking about adding a battey powered siren and mounting that under the hood, and the siren that comes with the alarm under the dash?
