I have around 200.00 in mine Zippy shift kit with all billet servo's and installed it myself in one evening. If you have the tools, it's very easy. But I agree 500.00 is a little steep.

Hopefully the weather coroperates this time.

Friday nights are no good for me. I'll have to stick to a Sundays. I work late Friday nights and work Saturday mornings. If you would decide to have it on the 4th, maybe we can just plan another one later in the year also.

It's hard to say what is going on. I have seen the forcast change at least 3 times since yesterday. Earlier I saw it was supposed to be ok sat and sun. Now I see rain on sun. May just have to plan it for later in the year.

Right now i use a company vehicle which is a 2007 GMC 2500HD with a 24' 14000 GVW Trailer. It's not ideal, it's alittle too high but it does the job.

Looking into cams for the SS but not quite sure on what to run yet. I have been looking into a cam from Thunder Racing ("TR 224-112" - 224/224 .563/.563 112 LSA) But I believe there are better choices out there. Anybody with alittle know how in this area that can offer some suggestions?

same here. Got the flowmaster single chambers. Can't here yourself think inside the cab at certin speeds. But thats the way I like it.

To get the truck loaded on the trailer and make it there by 8am, I would have to get up at like 3:30 or 4am. I'm not feelin that.
