I take it thou the guys with the bad cats were having drivability issues eg. rough idle, no start, no power ?I had no issues when the cel started flashing. I'm wondering if I should do a crankshaft variation relearn? the only reason I say that is my truck was in storage all winter long and the battery was dead for a while.

I got this same problem yesterday drive home from work. I was doing 120km/h and the cel started flashing, didn't notice anything different, truck still ran good, no loss of power. After about 10sec the cel light stopped flashing and all was good. All the above checks other than cats have been done (cleaning and replacement of obvious parts) A lot of you guys are mentioning the cats being at fault, but isn't there an underlying problem to this? What's causing the cats to fail?

I'm trying to replace my radio with another factory radio, same radio and everything but when using the tech 2 and going to nav setup to relearn vin it kicks me out with loss of communication, but yet I can check for codes in radio or bcm.Any ideas where I should start looking

I meant removing the old seat cover bringing it to a upholsterer and have them re stitch a new piece in. The only problem there would be the color might not match or I found these on ebay 321346404413.

My driver's seat is starting to come apart at the usual spot from getting in and out of the truck. does anyone here know where or recommend a leather seat cover (bottom) close to oem. My options so far are from gm dealer here $458.00 or remove cover and have that piece restitched in.
