I don't know. I'm a pretty conservative driver most of the time. I have heard of some people getting from 20K to 60K out of stockers. Like I said, though, that was the ONLY good thing about them. I'll never buy a set of GY tires.

That happened a few months ago. They're just down the road from my work. Stuff like that really get me.

I'm thinking about doing a little side business of buying and selling cars/trucks. I like playing with them, and why not make a little cash doing it. Just wondering how you go about getting the license to get into auctions and such. Any input would be appreciated.

The stock Goodyears did suck, but mine lasted 55K miles. I replaced mine with General Grabber UHPs. Had them for about 20K miles, and have about 1/2 tread left. I'm happy with them so far.

I never was a fan of his, but it's still a sad day for the automotive world. RIP.

Those have been around for years. I don't see how they would be any better than a finned aluminum pan.

Back when I had my GTO I got waves all the time. It didn't matter what kind of hot rod/muscle car you came accross you got, and gave a wave/thumbs up. It was kind of an unwritten code of cardom.

There are a few around me, but we don't see each other that much. I do run accross a black one and a red one on my way to work once in a while. I don't think they're on here, though. I do see a bunch of TBSSs. I'd have slapped him and called him Suzie.

Still sad to hear about it. Good thing no one was hurt. The truck can be fixed. EDIT: That's not SO bad. Just sheet metal damage. No major stracture damage. Looks like the rear door took the brunt of it, though.

I'll probably do the ol' front and rear diff/ transfer case fluid change. Also, a complete claybar Zaino detail inside and out, for both mine and hers.

I'm sure not as beautiful as Hawaii, though.
