Good old lifting. I used to body build back in highschool. Did it for about 2 1/2 years until I got bursitis in my hip and met a very lazy guy who I dated for a while. I trained with Mr. Venazula (I cant spell). I got back into working about a year and half ago...working out at home. I have been back at the gym for about 2 months. Lifting again, but not doing 6-8 reps. Now up to about 15-20 reps with low weight. Trying to get a little more toned and get the little fat I have off my midsection and arms. Fun stuff!! Diet sucks ass, but i lost a bunch of weight the couple weeks. Seems to work so I won't complain!!!! Its below if you want to know: Breakfast- eggwhites and carbs (1/2 cup oatmeal or special K) Snack-protein shake or bar Lunch-1/2 piece of bread for cards, a vegatable (small tomatoe for me) and some sort of protein (i eat a boca burger b/c I dont eat meat) Snack-protein shake or bar Dinner-Little bit of carbs, vegatables and some protein NO CHEATING!!! Don't use anything to cook the vegatables or meat unless it is healthy. Painful, but it works!!!

I would go, but I have a baby shower and a candle party to go to. Blucck!!!! NExt time. Is this considered the Cruise IN? If not, I will go to the cruise in when it comes around. that is if i am in town

why would you have 2000 text messages? dont you know how to dial a number and talk to people <{POST_SNAPBACK}> She's female... you know how they are. They love texting. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> LOL. You wouldn't believe how many texts I send and receive. Way too many! I even do it when I'm talking to people on the phone/bluetooth. Hehe and they don't know. Gotta love it!!!

I like it, but I have had problems. I have dropped it and it froze. Sometimes it freezes for no reason. Word of advice---delete the text messages every now and then. It makes the phone soooooooo slow. I had 2000 and the phone would barely respond. For some reason the Verizon people did not pick up on that issue. I found out myself why my phone was slow!

Those don't come close to the beaters I see in DC and Baltimore and everywhere!!!

What colors are they making the SS for the upcoming years? Is it true arrival will no longer exist for the SS? I have the arrival blue now, but my truck will hopefully be gone soon. I just hope I can get the same color.
