  5. One of the most original SS's ive seen.... I really like the looks of the truck!!
  6. I killed a pheasant with a nail gun. It's ok, it was in season, lol..
  7. Huge improvement! They look awesome especialy with the drop
  8. Yup, we are doing the garage tomorrow. The lines will run outside the garage onto the driveway about 3 feet so I all the snow against my garage door will be melted. This will prevent ice buildup against the door. Maybe I should just do my whole driveway
  9. Actually Chase, I don't watch movies so the home theater isn't on my priority list. However, I am going to purchase a 60" LCD with a decent sound system for music. I spend more time on my laptop than watching TV, lol. I will be investing more money on upgrading my Saltwater coral reef aquarium which will be in my living room.
  10. Finished the lines for the underground heat. Me and two other plumbers from the shop knocked this out in 5 hours. Layed the foam, installed the pipe, organized the header, placed the slab thermostats, and ran the test. I can actually say this was a fun job, far better than doing the dirt underground. Tomorrow, the slap gets poured.
  11. Go to an automotive store that specializes in paint, they should be able to hook you up.
  12. My truck has never seen 14mpg
  13. It hasn't reached 25 degrees here in the past 2 weeks, so the SS is staying nice and clean.
  14. Jeep, Explorer, or Trailblazer ??? It's a no brainer to me, lol...
  15. I will take lots of pics. I can't remember the size of boiler. I'll have that info later..
  16. Their will be a pitch. Also the garage floor will be heated as well.
  17. Yup, we couldnt dig the drain for the garage yet. The garage is full of mud. We are waiting for the ground to dry. We are actually doing a trench drain which is far better than the common round/bucket drain.
  18. I figured I will keep this thread rolling with every bit of progress. It's kind of like a scrap book for me, and others might find the homebuilding process interesting. Underground plumbing is finished. Thank god for my walk behind Bobcat with the excavating attachment. The ground was thawed but extremely hard. It would have sucked digging it all by hand. Next step(s), backfill plumbing, cover the dirt with a couple inches of sand, install foam board, lay the underground heating lines, and finally poor the slab.
