Beautiful boat...72 is pushing it.....must be a strong 454....youd be surprised at how much its gonna take to get to 80.....i'll be lucky to hit 60 in mine id say..and its 500 horse....its a deeper V than a southwind tho........it'll be in the water by next weekend...cant wait...have fun....be safe

Went with Olds b/c the carlsons had 2 motors to choose frm..the Olds or a Ford 460....the boat orginially had an Olds so we went with that...its not a stock Olds...its been punched to a 461...and all of the typical oiling issues have been taken care of..between 500 and 550 crank hp...and we have a Berkley diverter, it just wasnt on the jet for the pics.....wiring is done...carpet is in...gonna throw the seats in soon and it'll be ready for the water.....

I'm not sayin women are smarter than men or vice versa. I have no problem admitting to the fact that women do tell big lies, BUT HOWEVER, men lie too - whether it big or small. No one's perfect, doesn't matter what the gender is. We all have our good and bad points to one another.
Just that men think they have more power than women, but women KNOW they have the most power. Why? Cause of the almighty vagina of course! lol
;) But seriously, I have no problem cooking and cleaning for a man that I truely love, as long as if he can provide me and my family with a stable, happy life as well as lots of good sex and cars to play with!

And I think you men are forgetting the most important thing to you guys that comes from, or was "invented", a woman. I believe it starts with a P and ends in a Y...and has two Ss and a U in there somewhere..
I think without that, majority of the men in this world would be quite upset.

Damn boats are a pain in the ass.....but damn they're worth it.....made some progress today....got the newly rebuilt pump w/ an AA impeller installed put in on Saturday morning....well we put the 455 in today...what a chore..but its in..its fastened and ready for some last button ups....wiring..exhaust...etc....anyway..enough rambling....pics ahead....
