Ive seen stock truck's just with cai and exhaust run low 14's with tune only so dropping a second in a 1/4 mile time is superb although all trucks vary.

Look I don't have cats but my exhaust sounds like a 80's lifted 350 with glasspacks thru a dual 2 inch exhaust it is a redneck magnet I hate it and I think it's because of the cats so I would leave them in there or get hi-flows.,
