I have no idea what works with the z06 calipers the 15" will as they only make one rotor
Are these 15"s 1 pc or 2 pc rotors? I ask to try to help clear up peoples questions.
Member supersub used the 2 pc with Zo6 calipers and I used 1 pc with Zo6 calipers seen here.

I do believe if someone sells their SSS they should not be allowed to moderate. It shows they have turned the tide, and gone a different route and that the Silverado SS is not of interest anymore.

You had not posted in your thread in 4 months so your gtg didn't look like it was happening and someone expressed interest in a gtg. You have always been invited to LVD.

Im sorry but to say a certain moderator that closes a get together thread (mine) then opens it up to invite a member to another meet (LVD) is classless. He then closes it again because it was going knowhere, seriously?

I had my truck for 10 years. It was my dd I loved it. But after a while it just runs it course. I got married and when my son was born it was a pain in the ass getting him in and out of the back seat. Plus I had to keep dumping money into it. And after a while spending 200 a week on gas gets old. Bought another vehicle and the truck sat. Best thing I did was sell it.
Hey if you can't see yourself with out keep it. It's a cool truck!!

Just wondering why you would only change some of the fluid and not all of it. If you add new/clean fluid to old/burned fluid, what is happening to that new stuff you just put in?
I've heard a few horror stories about flushing older trannys then ending up with more problems than you began with. Who knows what quick car did, it was a 129.00 service charge.
Why would you do 4-5 changes when you can flush 1 time and have all new fluid?
Was just asking the question and I totally get what you are saying (I read that too) I bought mine new and stayed up with the scheduled maintenence so had no fear of flushing mine.

It will take a few changes of the tranny fluid to get all of the burned fluid out!!
5 quarts at a time should be good after 4-5 times.

Not flushed just drained and refilled. I changed it myself about 5k ago along with new filter... they told me it looked like crap though when they changed it last weekend.
If you are just draining it, you are only changing appx. 5 quarts of the appx. 12 quarts they hold.

When you say you changed the tranny fluid, did you have it flushed and the filter changed at a garage?

Usually when people do have a gtg people post up pics, stay they had a good time or it was nice to meet so & so. Looks like this is going nowhere and before things go south it will be locked.
