  1. wow, that looks pretty bad. sad to see this.
  2. looks like you'll be comin north to lebenon more often for a while. see ya there man.
  3. problem is the axels in the front will bind up. you will wind up putting all the weight of the vehicle on the front axels and they will fail, if not bend very quickley. I guess if you did a body drop, it could be done. I'de be happy to rework the whole frame and driveline for somone willing to spend the cash, but were probably talking about $25-30k frame off fabrication.
  4. keep in mind also, the bigger the dealer is in performance car sales and parts, the quicker they get the parts they request. all this meaning, pick and choose the dealers wisely, 2 dealer could order on the same date and the bigger volume dealer will get the parts quicker.
  5. I see another 26dubSS here. He seems like he straightened out though
  6. Do you even have an SS? Whatever fabricator your using must either be giving you a great deal, or he is going to build it so quick that it will be pretty cheap quality. Most fabricators that are good at what they do CHARGE for their work and materials for that matter. By the way, BSER's roll pans are all hand made. He is not what i would consider a commercial company. also, if you saw one of his pans, you would see that there is a decient amount of fiberglass in the pan it self which would account for the price. I wouldn't be so sure of that buddy.
  7. ya, man that coment was un-necessary, you really should think before you type. I would have gladly paid 500 for the pan when i origionally got mine. It was worth every penny. BSER is a great guy also, that goes a far way in my book.
  8. truck looks real clean men. nice looker. as for the suspention. sounds like someone overtightened the shackles and spring eyelets. this will make a real stiff ride. it won't allow the spring to have the proper articulation that they should. just loosen all 6 bolts up and make them mildly tight. you don't have to kill them, they need to move.
  9. Trailblazer SS like said above, chase had his done
  10. i'll definately be arround. still have an SS so we'll just have to have SS day at the track. I can't participate in the Silverado SS any more. i'll hopefully make it down to island a couple weekends this year. hopefully you'll have a tranny still working to give me some competition. gonna definately stay on the site here too. I love you guys.
  11. well, after making so much power that it became less reliable than stock, i figured somthing had to give. I'm going to be purchasing a house and could use the cash. I really loved the truck but i have to become resonable at some point i guess. I got the trailblazer and it has less miles on it and is also stock so it is very reliable. I'll still be arround and look forward to this years track days/ cruises. I also am going to focus my play money on the pro stock chassis. hopefully that will be ready to rock and roll for next season.
  12. centerline. they shine real nice when you polish them. they also balanced great. never a vibe problem.
  13. looks like chase has some competition. sweet flames for a flamer.
  14. If you want to ship me yours, i'll be happy to tint them for ya. I have it down to a science since i did it so many times to get it right on my truck. I sanded them and used different paints untill i found the one that should buff and shine perfectly. let me know.
  15. well, as most of you know my truck was for sale. I did sell it and today it was shipped to the buyer in Tennessee. The guy's name is Scott, and he seems like he will take great care of it and I'm sure will drive it like it was intended to be. I'm sure he will be every bit as happy with it as I was. Sad moments for me, Here is some pictures of just before it left me and taking off on the truck. Hope to see it again some day. Hopefully he will also become a member of this site and provide some new blood. enjoy. for me
  16. i'de do it........................... but only as a second SS
  17. yea, the plate flips down and there is a hidden hitch behind it. I'll have to grap the PN for you. I know george at performance unlimited can get both the flip down plate and the hitch in one day. I'll let you know
