I might be able to go next saturday. If i do, then my new goal is a 12.50. Really though, i couldn't be happier with my times. I'll be putting the 22's on soon so after that the truck is only going to be a tow vehicle for my bike when going to the track. BTW, have you got a chance to look at those logs i sent you?
-
LOW 12's, i don't remember exactly. i'm pretty sure his truck wasn't running up to par.

Heres some pics of Justin Lamanna's bad ass SSS.

Here are some more pics that i took today at the track and on my way home.

Well, i just got home a little while ago from Pittsburgh Raceway Park. Had a TON of fun today. Myself, Justin Lamanna, Quickmedic1, and Thallent were all there. I cannot believe the times i was turning today. I had no idea my truck was going to run this good today. I'm stunned, shocked, and excited all at the same time. I never look at my timeslips until i get back into the staging lanes. As soon as i parked my truck, saved my hptuners log from the run, i looked at my slip...this is what it said R/T .466 60' 1.801 330 5.181 1/8 8.030 MPH 86.00 1000' 10.532 1/4 12.667 MPH 105.60 BTW, i also ran against a 2005 Corvette. He had CAI, Headers, full exhaust, and 3.42 gears done. and he was running slicks. I beat him!

I believe the MOST important mod you can do is a good tune. You can have all the baddest mods that money can buy, but your truck won't run for shit without a good tune. Not to mention the improvements in fuel economy and the logevity of your motor.

thanks for the reply. thats what i thought. i'll pickup my "valuecrap" from autozone tomorrow. $31.99
-
well, i did some searching around and found autozone has one called a "valuecraft". they can have it for me by tomorrow and its $31.99. i really wanted to fine one today, but i guess i can wait until tomorrow. i'm assuming the $50 one from tbyrne is the exact same thing right? he dosn't list a brand name on the website. i can't imagine there is a big quality difference...a thermostat is a thermostat righ? haynss, why did you take yours out? were you having problems or something? detjoe, do you have the part number for the one you got from summit?
-
where can i buy one? do places like autozone or advance auto parts stock these? anybody have a part number? i'm heading out to hunt one down in about an hour. thanks.

can you tell me more info on your highs and mids? those "add a wooders", do they fit in the stock door locations where the bose 6.75" mids where? also what kind of kick panels do you have? got any pics? i'm looking to do a similar setup to yours, thanks.
